As someone who sported that through most of his early 20s, this is absolutely right.dont underestimate the difference growing a full beard makes. that fucking mustacheless beard thing almost never looks good on anyone

we all make mistakes. i had a "chin beard" in collegeAs someone who sported that through most of his early 20s, this is absolutely right.
I have the chin beard, but I also have a mustache and I keep the chin beard fairly low.As someone who sported that through most of his early 20s, this is absolutely right.
His voice was different too.
Does the Sun rise and set everyday ? :PDo you think Mike will want to talk about Star Trek during the The Last Jedi HitB?
there's gonna be a pre recorded video at Mike's funeral where he talks about what episodes of Star Trek his death reminds him of
I haven't seen "The People Vs George Lucas", but if you want to watch a documentary that doesn't constantly berate George Lucas (but is honest about his shortcomings), Chuck from SFDebris has a lengthy series about the making of Star Wars.I finally got around to watching "The People Vs George Lucas" and have to say I am disappointed. It was constant berating of George Lucas. The Half in the Bag discussion with the director was much better.

The first set of videos (Hero's Journey) talks for almost two hours (if you binge watch) about George Lucas and his background leading into the making of the original Star Wars.
The second set of videos (Shadow's Journey) talks for three hours about Lucas riding high off the success of that film, and making Empire and Jedi, before it all came crashing down around him.
The third series (Hermit's Journey) is currently coming out (might finish shortly after New Years), and talks about George Lucas getting back onto that horse with The Prequels.
It's a very fascinating and entertaining series.
im always right
They're trolling about seeing Ferdinand instead, but I'm sure they're telling the truth about the Fandango ticket mishap.
I believe the Fandango thing considering that happen to my brother. They're trolling about seeing Ferdinand instead, but I'm sure they're telling the truth about the Fandango ticket mishap.
Assuming they aren't just fucking with us, will this be the first animated film to be on HitB?
OMGPosted this in the Box Office thread; thought it was hysterical and it just makes me more excited to see the movie.

Having watched the movie, I don't get it either.I've seen similar comments under Mark Kermode's review video, so apparently "fans" don't like this one, for some reason. I have to admit, I am now slightly curious as to why that is.

I will say I'm super curious how RLM will like this movie. Because I have literally no idea.
Hmm, the Midnight Screenings discussion thought it was a really good, really solid movie that didn't take too many risks.
ATIT BROKE NEW GROUND
The first 3minutes of the Rogue one review are legendary
gotta leave um wanting moreStill salty that Rogue One didn't get a proper Plinkett review.
Meanwhile Mike loves TFA and does a full on 2-hour deconstruction of Star Wars as a whole + TFA.
I don't think you'll get a Plinkett review for any side story film.Still salty that Rogue One didn't get a proper Plinkett review.

All I need for that is the Half in the bag where they compare their theories from their earlier video to what the movie is actually about.
Star Wars fans have been trained to worship George Lucas. The guy expanded his universe by allowing other people to add to it with little-to-no oversight (with varying results) and then he ignored all of it and made objectively worse material (both in terms of the Prequels and edits that damaged his original films), which blatantly conflicted with the work he allowed to be made, but claimed superiority over those other works by way of "G-canon" (aka: anything George says is right, at the time when he says it), a ranking system which explicitly says that George's works are on a higher level (even when they're prequel trash, or Han allowing Greedo to shoot him point-blank in the head before he attempts to fight back).I've seen similar comments under Mark Kermode's review video, so apparently "fans" don't like this one, for some reason. I didn't see Rogue One but the premise of your post is wrong. When that tweet says the new movie insults "every Star Wars movie that came before it", it's hard to imagine that the new movie insults TFA or Rogue One (I mean, how would such a thing be even possible?). Whch means they're talking about the earlier, non-Disney films.
