And PUBG is going to sell like crazy on Xbox. Last night by like 4:30am there were already 100 people on my friends list that had played it. Microsoft needs to buy this up Minecraft style if they know what is good for them.
Car is ok but holding X to reload is a huge problem for me, in a firefight every time the ammo is empty, it takes so much time to hold it, or mentally realize again that i have to hold it that it feels like the ammo is completely empty after one magazine.
Like a full year or this calendar year? 500K seems like way too low of an estimate. I think it will sell in the millions.
Agreed. I wouldn't be surprised if this game ended up selling like 10 million on the Xbox One alone when it's all said and done.
Why would Bluehole sell though? They have the biggest game on the market right now, they make a ton of money, they wouldn't get anything out of a deal. And I think MS tried to buy them already (so did Tencent), but it didn't work out.

I think the buying BP ship has certainly sailed. I'm not sure if the extended exclusivity ship has, though.
Sounds like ERA is split here but as a first time PUBG player I am loving it, will just get into it that much more once they start rolling in tweaks.

Footsteps are dead accurate (bare feet sound is kinda lols) so I think it's just people getting caught up in the chaos of the firefight when they can't tell what's going on via sound? Really not having the same experience on base XB1 that everyone else is. The starting island and airplane are completely fucked, but when you're actually on the ground it runs and looks totally fine.
Last night I got into a 1v1 fire fight while I was in room and the other in a living room damn game is fun and tense.
I don't see all these issues many are complaining about "being unplayable" been playing it since Noon yesterday and only ran into minor fps issues which is expected.. trolls?

I'm on the S and going between this and breath of the wild (another 30 fps game I'm playing currently) makes it extremely obvious to me that the game is not running at 30 most of the time, even on the ground, OR it has insane frame pacing issues.
The difference in smoothness between the two games is very apparent.

Let's not devolve this by calling complainers trolls. I'm sure people are having differing experiences based on the server they are on or whatever may be the case. There may infact be people also coming in here trying to cause a reaction by just throwing out nonsense. Either way, as long as the criticism doesn't get overboard, it's fine to discuss.
The HDR is kind of fucked and the image is too dark with no options for adjusting.

Yeah, I hope they get this in asap. I'm on a B6 and it's definitely not close to optimal even with the oled light at 90-100. I thought about just disabling HDR this morning, but then got lazy and played a few games instead.
I am interested to see what the battle royal landscape looks like next year. I am sure we will have loads of them a year from now. I wonder how relevant pubg and fortnite will be then.
I imagine PUBG will be in a similar situation as Minecraft is in.
It also inverts your cursor on the map if you have inverted aiming turned on.

I agree, there is a mix of both. I'm not devolving all comments as trolls, it's more related to some of the unusual posts that do not seem to line up properly with the experience or maybe those with lesser experience of game previews expecting a near flawless launch of an overly anticipated game.

Made it to top 2 last night, final circle, hidden in the grass, heart pounding, and I had the jump on the guy. I decide this is the moment and pop up for glory......and my god damn UZI is on single shot. I fumble to switch it to full auto, he recovers and kills me. No chicken dinner for me.

I think they'll make every effort to, or at least try and make "PUBG" synonymous with Xbox in the console space.
Bluehole can make more money, I think, if they release on PS as well, however. Probably more money then MS can throw at them.
I don't doubt that, although I do wonder how much of this port is MS and how much is actually PUBG/BP.
I also think Microsoft's all out PUBG assault will resound with consumers such that they think it's only on Xbox, even when it likely isn't.

What's the best tactic with purchasing crates? I have over 3000 credits to spend.

Still surprises me how such a difficult game got so much traction.
I remember last gen, everyone complaining about their fave shooters getting watered down and turned into short-attention span titles that tried to chase that COD train.
