It's not up to the devs, it was a requirement of the program. It's why every single Game Preview game has a trial except PUBG. This isn't fair on the other developers and Game Preview games of course should have trials as they're unfinished. Microsoft shouldn't be able to make an exception for themselves.
Where are you reading that there's no trial? Do you have a link? That's really disappointing (if it stays that way after launch tomorrow).
Na I understand where there coming from they will probley give it a week. The servers would litterally explode if they had a free trail.

Nobody has any idea aside from a comment by the developer that the X runs (or now, will eventually run) at 60 FPS.
Welp this game has revealed to me how shit my Elite controller is. Tons of inconsistencies because my left analog stick is loose. This is not an issue in other games for the most part. If my stick is not 100% straight I basically don't move at all.

Just as a disclaimer, I could be wrong. I only recently started pixel counting but if my measurements hold up, it's native 4K in the picture I quoted earlier. It's also clear that the 1080p shots are being downsampled. Assuming I can include the blended pixels from those shots, I'm coming up with a native 4K image again.
Would be curious to see if a more experienced counter can verify my counts.

All you get is a code in the box, so just get it on the store.
I definitely get that it's early access but they didn't have to release it this rough. Needs more time on the oven to be more than playable.

Well I'm loving it. It's definitely a little rough, but after I got used to the controls and recoil, I don't have as much of an issue with the tech. Performance.

Just watched about 20 minutes of a livestream on the base Xbox One, performance looks sub-20 FPS in the waiting area and plane sequence but it looks like it stabilizes and hovers over the 25 FPS mark in actual gameplay. Visuals don't look too hot but I wasn't expecting much on that front.
