Yeah my February prediction was way off. Not that I'm complaining.
The fact that everybody is predicting this makes me think that it's not going to 100% go as expected.
She'll be back but I think its whether she comes back in a manner that agrees with Guts' revenge
Skull Knight asked the same question forever ago, which makes me think that's exactly what's gonna happen.
During the rape Casca more less seemed like she was trying to shield Guts from suffering while witnessing it. I would assume she'd try to steer Guts towards a path that's more beneficial to him and her and less towards "slice that motherfucker Griffisu in half."
I personally don't think so.
I'm in this camp too. My guess is that she'll probably get her mind back, but won't want to join Guts' fight, because Guts will likely destroy himself if he keeps going down his current path. Guts is okay with that, but I doubt Casca would be.
Can Griffith even be stopped? Granted Guts' role is to go up against the flow of causality, but how do you slice a demon angel god thing in half?
He tried though in the beginning and he just shrugged Guts off.

Yeah Guts did Magic the fuck up since the last time he saw Griffith.
theres also the tidbit about the Dragonslayer becoming a bit magic-y itself just from having been used on so many demons.
It has bathed in the demonic astral blood of Guts' enemies.
I don't either but Guts took it down an entity as big as an island that was apparently massively powerful.
also dont forget, always before the godhand was untouchable because they were literally on another dimension, now with all the dimensions smushed together they are literally on the same level as guts.
we dont know exactly how the whole all new all different Fantasia reality works yet, but i can see that putting them within cutting distance. like my guess is that the reality smoothie gives the godhand greater influence over the world, but at the same time would also make them more susceptible to it as well.

I'm afraid that even returning to normal, she won't remember everything and still hate guts
Casca's feelings are very complicated, I mean, I dont think she'll still hate Guts tho, but she originally fell for Griffith so hard and Griff was always unreachable to her. Even when he's not treating Guts specially, Griff was always slotted to marry someone like Charlotte. But like, in general, i think it was very hard for her to get over that Guts' entrance to the Bank of the Hawk effectively changed so much of the band's dynamic. She used to be his second. Then, Guts was.
And then, Guts left. And just as she was able to love them both. And his exit spelled the devastating doom of the band.

I'm more concerned about how the dream world would affect Schierke and Farnese, especially once they encounter the Eclipse.
i dunno, i think the Dog carrying the coffin makes it pretty clear that Caska knows and will appreciate what guts has been doing for her. beyond that i really have no clue how she will react.
Casca is happy now, and guts' growing demon and selfishness is working to bring her back for his own benefit rather than hers
I could see with casca coming back and not being Farneses friend that she eventually goes more crazy and betrays everyone
She's not going to hate Guts. Things are going to be awkward between them for a while, but her outright hating Guts? That won't happen.
