Dear god, that last video. Holy shit.
I guess that explains something about US cops, but goddaaamn. The excessive response of "he's got a knife" and then pulling out a fucking handcannon to shoot him with... phew... only in the US.

Also, the thick Milwaukee accent reminded me of Mario for a moment, so I got this in my head:
"droppa da knife-ah" / "I don't wanna droppa da knife-ah"

I kinda want to make a thread about this video in the context of "as funny as this video is, if these are the videos they show cops its no wonder they're so trigger happy".

Thank god you found that full length video! The one I'd managed to find was squashed into 3:3 format and chopped into 9 separates parts. Much like the police officers in the video.

So, the police want a vídeo about how many ways they can die. They want it cheap, so they go to Millwaulkee and hire some hack frauds who use taxpayer money to make a bunch of action shorts.

And then it just end up being the best thing they ever saw?

I sense shenanigans. This video is the first ever RLM job.

Rich Evans was allegedly born in 1976. Surviving Edged Weapons was made in 1988. That means Rich Evans would've been twelve years old when it was made.

The RLM guys should try to track down some of the people who made the video, using the credits. If they're like... scary retired cops... well that's all the better.

Not related to the current video, but I've been re-watching their Holiday episodes...

I really hope for this year's special they actually watch 3 Christmas related films. Their gimick the last two years has resulted in them only watching 1 Christmas themed film each year.

I would like to see some bad holiday cheer.
Lies, they had an even split on three movies during Very Cannon Christmas.

Also Surviving Edged Weapons is cheating, that tape was already legendary. "Never gonna die to no scumbag in no ghetto..."

Now that Surviving Ed's Weapons has been on Best of the Worst, I think all of my favorite bad things have been on the show, save for Godfrey Ho films. I hope they watch Ninja: Silent Assassin or Cobra vs Ninja.

That police video went places, damn. Satanic cults, everything is a knife, chopping off fingers. That knife attack with a distance simulation between the cop and the perp is some scary shit. You laugh at the crossbow attack and then it's shown to be real, whaa...

Now, this is some old stuff. Wonder how batshit insane are the instructional videos shown to cops now.

I'm very disappointed that they didn't stap the first tape with a knife... or better, turn it into a knife!

Gotta say, except for the opening, the humour in this one didn't quite click with me. Everyone seemed a bit tired on the interaction. One of their weaker efforts on that front.

But who cares when there's COKED OUT SLOTS GUY and OH MY GOD EVERYTHING IS A KNIFE.

There's no way Rich isn't al least 68 years old.

Yeah same really. This episode didn't work for me.
