It was just a cool photo found on tumblr I saved years ago in my old computer, while never finding the source despite searching.

So my thoughts on not discussing the NeoGAF issue on the podcast: I am a bit disappointed. I understand why Kyle didn't want to talk about it because in the end, they likely all agree that what he did was indefensible, and there isn't too much to be said. But I think it's still an important topic to talk about for a little bit. Because it shows that the issue of sexual harassment is alive and well in their own industry and this community, unfortunately.
I think an interesting way for them to discuss it, perhaps next week, wouldn't be to focus on the accusation (and other stuff that we know, factually, that he did) but on the response by the mods and the community and how quickly that community stood up against it and rebuilt itself almost instantly. I think that would be a positive way to discuss something terrible.

To Kyle's point there really isn't anything to be gained from talking about it. You basically either have to put off the people who moved here or the people who stayed there, and there's no point in splitting their audience.
I put in a L&R question about it because it's (to some) a large piece of news that I didn't think would be covered in any other part of the regular podcast, I also posted the question before I knew RE was a thing being worked on...The discussion would not have needed to focus around thoughts or feelings about what lead to the exodus, but more about community forums and the point of connection they serve as between industry and fan. I guess at nothing else it could have been used as a launching point to connect with the community and say something like: "Hey, we have a place for you in our forums."
Maybe that's a little naive and idealistic on my part though.
At any rate, total side note: I'm glad to have landed here (on RE).
I guess I just would've liked one of Kyle's unconventional angles. It made sense refering to what was already written about it, but not putting it in any other interesting context felt a little disappointing in the lost confusion of last week.
Like, I remember watching a documentary about gaf on Gametrailers. And I always wondered how that came to be, who produced it etc
