i had a perfect score in mass effect 2 until the arrival dlc came out and ruined it. by the time it hit i had played so much of the game i wasn't interested in it anymore.

i only did it because i loved that game so much not because i care about achievements. thankfully that particular disease never infected me.

These are the only platinum trophies I'm really proud of.

I don't have a ton of finished games and most of my plats are on the easy side but I am proud of grinding out the 100% on Divekick and getting the plat on Flame Over was a ton of fun.

Don't have that many (20 ish) but man, am I proud of my KZ2 one. Truth be told, I got it 2 years after launch tho, so getting the top 1% trophy thing was much easier than early on.

Getting the platinum for Kingdom Hearts Re:CoM broke me. So much grinding and RNG on getting card drops.

My first platinum was Dark Souls 2: SOTFS this January. That is I have platinumed 50+ games this year.

I have to confess that I bought many shitty games for easy trophies and have come to realize that I would only plat those games I enjoy in the future. My next target is the witcher 3.

I earned 21 Platinum Trophies so far. I actively worked for them for a while, but gave that up some two / three years ago. I now only shoot for the Platinum when I'm in love with the game and / or it doesn't require me putting in a huge grind into a part of the game I barely touch. As such my most recent Platinum Trophy was for The Witness.



My rarest Trophy overall is the Killzone 2 Platinum Trophy 'War Hero', with five more Killzone 2 trophies in my top ten rarest Trophies - 'Heroic Survivor' for completing all missions on Elite difficulty, 'Veteran Ribbon', 'Expert Ribbon', and 'Cross-training Ribbon' for receiving all medals, and 'Valor Grand Cross' for reaching the top 1% in the weekly multiplayer rankings. The Killzone 2 Platinum is also the one I am proudest of, because I feel like I had to put a decent amount of effort into it and was not just handed the trophies at random. It is also one of the few games I returned to for each DLC pack, so I also have it at 100%.



My second rarest Platinum Trophy also appears in my top ten overall rarest; 'Vector Sigma Victory', the Platinum Trophy for Transformers: War for Cybertron. It required a non-insignificant time investment into the multiplayer component, which I took no issue with as I still find the game's multiplayer to be the best third person shooter multiplayer I have ever played and definitely in the top five multiplayer shooters overall that I have played. War for Cybertron's multiplayer is criminally underappreciated and you should all be ashamed. :<

I'm also pretty surprised that the Platinum Trophy for The Last of Us is my third rarest Platinum Trophy and still edges into my top ten overall rarest Trophies. I had expected it to be much more common considering the popularity of the game.

Wow. Some of you guys have crazy amounts of trophies.

I only bother going for Platinums in adventure games mostly, where there are only a few missables. Action games like Uncharted with missable stuff every 2 seconds I rarely bother with either. Games with lots of online trophies I don't even bother.

I just realized that over 1/3 of my Platinums were gotten this year. Crazy. I'll probably get Wolfenstein II and Final Fantasy XII TZA before the year is up too.

Persona 5 and Infamous Second Son are my only two platinum trophies. I got 1000 GS in Fallout 3 back on the 360 as well. I don't recall 100%ing anything on Steam, so I think that's about it.

I'm not much of an achievement hunter.

Was awesome.

But man Radec on the hardest difficulty was insane.

I have like 160 platinums (haven't checked in a while).

I have recently made them not public for others(except friends) to see, for me it's this personal completionist-get-my-moneys-worth type of thing. Not only do trophies have you do challenging things and even funny random things, but they act as sort of a reminder of the things I have done in games. Initially, I did it for the numbers/levels, going as far as playing games I really didn't enjoy. Nowadays I cut down and play what I feel like with no rush.

Xbox 360:

I have 26 "perfects" on Steam, they're mostly VN's though.

What can I say, I like collecting stuff.

Same here. This is one of a handful of games that I platted twice, and I'm always taken aback by how rare some of the trophies are. The optional conversations and jokes cut way down on people. And the multiplayer trophies are pretty rare too considering how genuinely awesome the multiplayer was.

The only thing I got 100% on was Oblivion for 360. Got the bonus points for Shivering Isles too.

The ones in Super Monkey Ball Banana Splitz. The difficulty is insane :( I can't even get through all the levels with dozens of lives, and one of the trophies requires you do it all with about 12 lives or so.
The other trophies in it aren't particularly friendly, either.

Last platinum was Alienation. I got it during the last Flash Sale and had a lot of fun, great game.

Dragon's Dogma on PS3 is the only 100% I've ever done.

6 games to 100% completion. I don't have any track of my PS3/360 scores unfortunately :(

I have 9 more games with 100% that didn't have a Platinum. Rarest and most proud by far is Downwell.

The only game I've platinumed is Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. I loved it and it really resonated with me, sort of captured the spirit of Symphony of the Night in which I had to explore every nook and cranny and 200%'d.
