Sorry for the typo in the title: It should be bolt instead of boot.

I can't find these online. I don't know the name in English or Spanish. I know the bolt is an M6 12mm, but the other one?

They are used on a motorcycle; the front fender specifically.

My husband, a mechanic, would google the name, make, model and year of the bike, with 'front fender (part)' and find the exact bolts washers and screws he needs

I just did. I went to Home Depot and Auto Zone and they didn't have them. I want to order them online.

They will definitely have something that fits. Just match thread, thickness and length. You don't need it to be an Allen/hex fitting. Regular philips or flathead or even wrench bolts will work. Washers and gaskets are the more important bit.

Do you know the name of that kind of washer?

No but those you can match by sight. Take them with you and pick so,etching close. Tbh with washers and gaskets you should be able to get identical never mind close. And washers and especially gaskets are never optional. And if you can help it don't buy the cheap ones. You'll strip the head and be mad forever. Spend the extra ten or twenty cents for that good steel.

^ This would be the most straight forward way. It removes any guesswork if you don't have a service/repair manual on hand.

It's some kind of flanged sleeve bearing.

As others have said, look up the make & model of your motorcycle and find the parts diagram from there.
