It's shocking a lot of people with these concerns don't understand that!
Was so upsetting to read articles and experiences from cis women (w/ short hair, non-feminine clothing, or other "masculine" features) who were badgered for using the bathroom by people who claimed to be worried about women getting badgered in bathrooms.

Lock them all up

I hope all of them are fired, or worse since this is against the law. This is beyond fucked up, there can be no reasonable explanation.

According to her sister they gave her a private restroom ostensibly to keep her from being bullied by other students...but this looks like the staff is doing the bullying.

Regardless of what they thought of her deserving to use the washroom or not, there was absolutely no call for opening the stall or doing so in a group. That's just abhorrent behaviour, and they all deserve to be fired for that. Everyone deserves the right to go to the washroom with privacy.

Why the fuck do people care so much about where some takes a piss. Honestly don't get it, at all. If you're not taking a shit on the floor right in front of me, I don't care where you go. Even then if it wasn't in my house or something I'd probably just turn and walk away. You do you.

There's no way this isn't some form of sex crime. Even if it was the principal (which it wasn't, sounds like hall monitors??), you cant just open bathroom stalls while minors are using the bathroom. Seems absolutely insane to me that they haven't been arrested. How in the world are they not arrested???

Even with an adult it should count as a sex crime but I hope these asshats all get slapped with a nice "Sex offender" label.

Since it involves a trans person I doubt it'll happen though, some judge will probably say "don't do it again!" if the school doesn't sweep it under the rug.
