Great match. The triple threat was super fun although Hinano's too reliant on the crying gimmick.
Yeah, they do so many things right with this match, it's great.I love the understated ending so much. Shoko going for a role-up that's obviously not going to work because it's her only chance feels so much more organic than all the 1 second off from victory finishes this year, though obviously those come with there own kind of drama. Then there's all the little things like the crowd losing it when Yuu pulls off the basic Backdrop with her arms butterflied or the final strike exchange where Shoko gets flawed with the first two chops but then refuses to go down. It's such a good example of how less can be more both in regards to the match length and the reliance on graps/positioning so that even strike sequences mean something beyond looking as cool/violent as possible. Not that the latter's a bad thing given another of my favourite matches this year was just non-stop sincere murder in a 8 minute bout.
That match was super entertaining, yep! Hinano's crying gimmick should be close to overstaying its welcome but they do keep finding ways to do something new with it.Great match. The triple threat was super fun although Hinano's too reliant on the crying gimmick.

I'm starting to think I'm in the minority of people that love the Haruka Neko/Yuna Manase match a lot because no one talks about it.
When it started and Haruna couldn't reach Yuna's hand, so she just punched Yuna in the stomach I was immediately a fan of Haruka.
Yeah, Pom's debut was decent but even I could tell that that Yuka had to help out a lot.It was a little too short for me to love it but I think Hatuna's showing some potential and she hasn't got lost in a match yet where as there were points where Pom was being dragged into position by Yuka. I'm also more impressed with Yuna for randomly liking one of my pro Natsu winning the white belt tweets than anything in the match which clearly moves her into TJPW Ace contention behind Rika.
Because WWE hasn't used its hammer yet.

Neat, didn't see this here
EDIT: it was posted just not the tweet. carry on
has anyone here written messages directly to people signing saying they're making mistakes and being selfish?
To be fair they used that in the story of Corbin becoming the GM of RawSo 2 Raws and 2 SmackDown later, the point of Raw winning all the matches at Survivor Series were...

But yeah, It was dumb and unnecessary
Was listening to the POST Wrestling podcast this morning, and Wai & Pollock don't really think it's too great of an idea for Asuka to be feuding with Becky and Charlotte. Because "the crowd obviously likes Asuka, but they like her less than Becky, so that could cause some problems, or have people turn on Asuka."
You also have people starting to crawl out of the woodwork claiming that Asuka didn't earn a title shot. Like that JD guy someone linked earlier. I guess Asuka shouldn't be in the title picture because she didn't have a massive winning streak like Becky did, according to him. And nor should she until she runs through the entire Smackdown Women's Division like what Becky did.
WWE struck while the iron was hot for once with Asuka, lets see if they can keep it up. Because if Becky is going to face Ronda at Wrestlemania, then she needs to drop the title soon. And the crowd would completely shit all over a Charlotte win at TLC now.
It's in order for me, by date. But actually go to Takeover section. If you just search, you get anything with Takeover in the data. So you'll get NXT shows that have "Fresh off his win at Takeover," etc.the wwe network site is a mess. You search for Takeovers for example, and its not even in order, its all a jumbled mess. Why cant I just have a menu with all Takeovers in order, is that so hard?
This was a pretty decent match with some good moments. Shame about the quiet crowd though.
Oh my god this lineup is solid gold
Kojika and Guevara gonna run the table, brother
York Hall is full of bellendsThat's what I feared
I subbed to RevPro for the last batch of cool matchups I wanted to see and the crowds ruined it for me. Idk if it's just how they're mic'd or what but it just sounds dead with people halfheartedly trying to chant sometimes
hell yeah. Can't wait. My man Hama-chan is gonna smash
