Probably working on an album, then.

His last solo album was in 2014 or 2015, so it'd be about time for a new solo project.
Jack U was very early 2015 so almost four years with no major projects and most singles he has worked on are all co-productions rather than being his own single. Maybe he's secretly scoring all of Kingdom Hearts III.

Yeah, this remix is pretty wack.

I mean, it's your standard EDM-trap shit that'll get all the white girls & ABGs turnt at Ultra next year.

What's up with the 6ix9ine release on Spotify? Did they mess up the tracknames? The track with Ye was called FEEFA in the leak and Murda calls it FEEFA on Twitter as well, but on Spotify (and Wikipedia) FEEFA is with Gunna, and the Ye track is called KANGA :/.

Listened to that new J.I.D. all the way through tonight & DAMN this shit is FLAMES! Back when 151 Rum was first posted here - it woke me up & I immediately started listening though all of J.I.D.'s past work and had been bumping The Never Story for the past couple of weeks. Awesome feeling having two dope projects to put in my regular rotation now.

Both this Smino and Anderson .Paak are not bad but I had to force myself through them. Both times, each. I want to listen to them more to better understand why I don't like them, but TBH I have zero motivation to listen to them instead of just being on to the next one or just going back to It's A Flex on repeat.

I feel like I can only take their voices in small doses. Smino's production can get unnecessarily busy under what I'm assuming is the pretense of being lush, evoking PTSD from the last time I listened to a FlyLo production. Just adding a cacophony of sounds doesn't make for a good beat, entire album reminds me of this meme TBH. All of Chance's worst songs have this style of production too, like everything is fighting for your ear while you're trying to cruise through a trippy dreamscape. I don't feel like it's very smooth at all, but I also don't feel lik eit

Oxnard is funky which should be right up my alley, but I can't put my finger on why these songs bore me, which is why I feel like I can only take their voices in small doses. The production is pretty great throughout too, IMO, which is like 75% of the battle. The Cole feature on here is fire though, whew, giving me classic Cole vibes.

damn, can't agree at all on Smino. i find the production super playful and smooth, and not too busy (though, i guess i can kinda see if his voice and constant flow switching and harmonizing could be a bit too much for some, but for me that versatility is a strength).

however, i also couldn't get through Anderson for some reason. didn't grab me and i just started skipping through it. he is someone where i can take the voice only in doses.
