Playstation Classic Multi Disc Instructions shows games not included with console

Was watching a Giant Bomb look at Playstation Classic when I noticed that when loading a game with multiple discs, an instruction screen pops up and within that it shows some games not included with the playstation classic in any region.

X Racing anyone? (Can't tell the other games)

Does this hint at a second version incoming or cut games?

Yes. It's PS1 emulation so it still needs to deal with the multiple discs.

To those shocked at changing discs, I'm just sad it seems like you didn't play multi-disc PS One games on PSP or Vita.

Even on PS3/psp/vita you would have to push the home screen button for emulation settings and choose the disc to boot from. They still made you change discs.

you aren't actually opening the tray. It's a button. Yeah they could have done the disk changing through software, but that would require them to put a home button or something on the controller.

This product sucks but there's some charm to a technical limitation.

X.Racing? Man, that's a hell of an obscure title, it was known as Explosive Racing in Europe by Funsoft and never released in the US. The box art looks nothing like that either:

Yeah, I think they're placeholders. There is a game called X.Racing on PS1, but its box art looks nothing like that.

What are read speeds over micro usb? We already know the lack of dualshock was a gross omission. Is it a crazy to think they don't revise the actual console down the road, but rather, introduce a Dualshock controller accessory that also has more preloaded games in it?

I think they thought the whole "push the Eject button to change the disc" was just a nice novelty.

The negativity surrounding this thing is so intense now, though, that I guess even that's a colossal misstep at this stage.

I know the JP and US PS1 libraries pretty well, and unless those are PAL covers (which knowing this thing I wouldn't even doubt that) those are 100% just placeholder covers.
