The Game Awards 2018 will feature more than 10 NEW game announcements + updates on existing ones.

Harry Potter seems to be a Fall 2020 or later title, so I'd be surprised at that, but Respawn has another new game before the holiday season according to EA, so that seems pretty likely.
Borderlands 3 was also originally supposed to be out a few months from now, so I have to imagine it's ready to be shown.
Would die if we see Evil Within 2 DLC, but I am a huge Alien fan so seeing something makes in interesting.
We are probably about to go in circles, but obviously they just announced Bayonetta 3 and the 1+2 ports at last year's show. Yes Bayo is a niche title, but the announcements were a significant step up from their previous prescense at the show, and were well received. It's reasonable to assume that they will take another step forward this year with something a bit bigger that is also aimed at the enthusiast crowd.
I hope we see Gameplay of Platinum's Bayblon Fall game (probably not till E3 though).
Also do people think it's too early to announce a Nier 3?
Expecting:
Metriod Prime 4 game play/ CGI trailer.
That Harry Potter game being announced.
Smash Ultimate DLC announced (at least the first one).
More Tekken 7 DLC Characters (for season 2).
Borderlands 3 (would be a good time for this to be announced).

Would be nice of they could cater a bit to the rest of the world. In europe this is in the middle of th night and also on a weekday, so it's a no go. Why not do it on friday/saturday, and a bit earlier in th day? Would it hurt? They've done it before.
Maybe don't forget it a award show this year like all over years i want to dear from devs not joke about gamer's
While not a megaton, last year's Sekiro tease was pretty huge, even though it didn't end up being what everyone wanted (Bloodborne 2)
Also we got Bayonetta 3 which was in severe doubt after 2 sold pretty poorly.
It is. The only thing that may sway a reveal is if Warner Bros are thinking "well fuck it, they already know it exists, may as well announce it now". But otherwise I'd rank the likelihood of a WB reveal as:
1. Mortal Kombat
2. Rocksteady
3. WB Montreal
4. Harry Potter
and I honestly think only the first is likely.

It said that the Batman Arkham games had great X-Ray vision too, but John cut the feed :P
One tweet said if only we had X-ray vision then another talked about the Batman games being good
It gets more viewers than E3 at this point, so I wouldn't super lowball it here.
I appreciate the Game Awards generally being a decent awards show to watch while also more or less being an announcement/advertising platform for new games.
Fingers crossed for a Metroid Prime 4 gameplay reveal, and a Bayonetta 3 gameplay reveal. Would make sense considering the latter was revealed at the same show.
How about the 1-2-3 when we get a Metroid Prime 4 character confirmed as Smash DLC?
