Amazon acknowledges disappointment that they were unable to show new KHIII trailer as advertised

EDIT: Here's the context for people confused since a lot of posts are asking for what happened. Amazon promised KH3 info for Friday, on Friday they stated it would actually be next Monday and that it will be "a brand new KH3 trailer and exclusive DLC". 30 minutes before today's Monday stream, they tweeted that the video/trailer got "consumed by the heartless".

and there was no new KH3 video/trailer.

If amazon has a promo where they say they will reveal the Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order trailer or the episode IX title for 2019... I won't believe it.

I would love to know the reason why SE pulled out of sending them a trailer 30 minutes to a few hours before the show, especially after it was announced on Friday that a new trailer would be dropping. This whole disconnection between KF, SE, and Amazon is just amazing from a "holy fuck up" point of view.

A week or so ago: "Tune in to our Black Friday and Cyber Monday stream to see an exclusive Kingdom Hearts III announcement!"

Friday: "Tune in on Cyber Monday to see an exclusive new trailer, DLC announcement, and Twitch Prime announcement."

30 minutes before Cyber Monday stream: "We aren't showing a new trailer because the Heartless consumed it."

20 minutes post KH3 portion of the live stream: "sorry we didn't show a new trailer"

Huh? Where it's saying Square didn't give them the trailer? Actually Nomura confirmed the Together trailer would be the last one we would be seeing in November for KH III.

we wouldent have the trailer we promised, not would not get the trailer we were promised.

The title of the thread doesnt match up with what Amazon says. Your inferring on your own that SE didnt give them a trailer when they promised Amazon, when Amazon did not say anything about why they didnt have the trailer ready, only that they didnt have it ready

They are the ones hosting the Amazon Black Friday and Cyber Monday streams and on Friday they said there would be a new KH3 trailer. That's why I included them in there, since they are a responsible party alongside SE and Amazon here.
