What's the point of signal-boosting people like Lahren or Coulter?
Even if you only paid half-attention, their grift is really easy to clock.
They're both an unfortunate result of the contemporary US-media landscape. To take what they say in earnest really just makes the left-leaning/"liberal" person who does so look a little silly.
Which is part of their grift. Both of them rely on good-faith people's inclination to address falsities, but they're not actually talking; they are performing, in a way that masquerades as opinion or verbal exchange.

Ugh, I with the topic title had said it was Tomi Lahren, then I wouldn't have clicked. Horrible people like her and Coulter just say shit to get attention and Fox News salaries.
Look at this hypocrisy from her:
"I believe it's my right to purchase health care, I don't believe it's my right to pay for it for other people," Lahren told Handler. "We need to find alternatives — what we have now is not working. What we had before Obamacare wasn't working."
Lahren repeatedly argued against the law, which President Obama signed in 2010. But she did say at one point that she was still on her parents' insurance plan because of it.
"Do you have a health care plan or no?" Handler asked Lahren.
"Well luckily, I'm 24, so I am still on my parents' [plan]" Lahren replied.
The audience immediately began laughing and cheering, but Handler shushed them. "Stop, stop, stop, she's being honest," she said.
