This isn't gonna come out on iTunes is it? I almost ordered the set for here in Canada but ready we don't get digital copies here and I don't feel like buying a blu ray drive to start ripping.

The ending of Feat of Clay was creepy.

Clayface disguised as a woman laughing maniacally at the audience.

come on, the dvd version did not look that bad, i remember seeing it on tv and it was never that blurry. come on, WB. that's just false advertising.

From the youtube video description:

"Here's a split-screen clip from "The Laughing Fish" episode that shows the original master (in its current condition) on the left side of the screen, and the beautifully remastered high-def footage on the right side."

I think it is already available and in HD now as well.

Edit. Defo the remaster as it was added 30/10

Watching If You're So Smart, Why Aren't You Rich, it's one of the first episodes where i noticed not everything was touched up. Some of it is weird.

IS there any place to order the standard version? I can't find it, I remember seeing it awhile ago but I can't seem to find it now.

The audio on 'The Cape and Cowl Conspiracy' is completely messed up on the Blu-ray:

R2 PAL DVD sample (speed and pitch corrected): http://www.mediafire.com/file/1fe5xy...atman DVD.flac

BD sample: http://www.mediafire.com/file/tp5ixk...Batman BD.flac

R2 PAL DVD sample 2 (speed and pitch corrected): http://www.mediafire.com/file/9ohr94...man DVD 2.flac

BD sample 2: http://www.mediafire.com/file/8ae08y...tman BD 2.flac

R2 PAL DVD sample 3 (speed and pitch corrected): http://www.mediafire.com/file/zwdez9...man DVD 3.flac

BD sample 3: http://www.mediafire.com/file/93gzuq...tman BD 3.flac

I don't think Warner will ever do a disc replacement program, so I synced the DVD audio to the BD and then made a custom MKV.

Tips/guide to do this? I rip all my discs anyway and I have the original DVD versions too.

I can PM you the resynced DVD audio, but if you want to create it yourself it's not that very difficult.

- You need to extract the DVD AC3 audio and BD DTS audio. If you have MKV rips, extract with the command line program MKVExtract (included with MKVtoolnix). If you prefer a GUI, use gMKVExtractGUI (requires MKVToolnix).

- Open the extracted audio with Audacity + FFmpeg plugin (FFmpeg plugin is required to open AC3 and DTS audio in Audacity). Use the BD DTS audio as a reference during editing. You can load 2 audio files: open one file, then go to File > Import.

If you have loaded both tracks, it should look something like this:
ORBGaqD.jpg

- If you have used a PAL DVD as a source, you will have to correct the speed and the pitch of the audio in Audacity. Select the DVD audio, go to Effect > Change Speed. In Percentage Change fill in "-4.096" (You can ignore all other settings) and click OK.

The editing itself is not very hard. You only have to extend or shorten the silent parts at the beginning of each chapter, so around:
[00:00:00] Chapter 1 – Opening
[00:01:04] Chapter 2 – Part A
[00:08:07] Chapter 3 – Part B
[00:15:19] Chapter 4 – Part C
[00:21:54] Chapter 5 – Credits

Compare the start times of the DVD/BD parts, take notes of the time on the bottom of the screen, calculate time difference, make adjustments based on time difference. You either have to cut the audio (you can use start and end selection at the bottom of the screen for precision), or if you have to extend use Generate > Silence

Export the resynced DVD audio in a lossless format such as WAV and FLAC, then remux the MKV in MKVToolnix.

For anyone that bought the standard edition, was your digital code missing? I can't find it anywhere. Besides the discs, I only have the little booklet that is pretty much an episode guide and an ad for DC Universe.

Glad I'm not the only one. Did WB forget to put the paper with the code inside the Standard boxset?

I just got a Standard Edition from Amazon like 2 days ago. I opened it literally minutes ago and I can't find the digital code. I also only got the disc/episode guide booklet and the advertisement for DC Universe.

No digital code to be found anywhere even though it says it's included on the box. ughh I'll have to contact Amazon when I have time to see how they'll fix this.

Mine was on the last "page" of the Blu Ray disc book. I skipped over it when I first looked through it.

I'll have to look at mine again when I get home. From what I can remember the last page had a lot of small text on it. I figured there was no way it was in that. I'm assuming it was? lol

Nah, last page of my booklet has the information about the two movies that are included. No code.

Does the digital code not include Mask of the Phantasm/SubZero? I've just redeemed mine, but only the 4 volumes are showing up on Flixster.

I just recently picked up the complete series on Blu Ray....and goddamn I forgot how good this series was.

It's the best Batman interpretation in any medium and the upgrades they did with this for BR are amazing, looks and sounds out of this world.

Man some of these episodes are some of the best TV I've ever watched...cartoon or not and they hold up to this day.
