I dont understand what their endgame is. The women are audited, pay taxes, then what? What are they expecting to happen afterwards?

I don't want to derail any longer, but why not just include the sales tax in the price the way it works in other places? Seems dumb.
Just like it seems dumb to have a tax that you have to pay by yourself after buying something, instead of having it be part of the transaction.

Because American's are weirdly programmed around money needing to be the lowest amount. It's utterly bizarre. Places like Kohls and JC Pennys exist solely to have false discounts which are ways to lure people into the store. JC Pennys tried to stop doing this and their consumers flipped the hell out.

Yes and all these messages from the top post is harassment for sure. All I want to say it's not our business to say who guilty and whom innocent in tax fraud or false accusations. Authorities can do it after investigation
Making baseless accusation is fucked up and there is no defending it.

They don't have one beyond make women's lifes more miserable, because they aren't thier obedient sex salves.

I hope they pass away never knowing the touch of another human, and that the world abandons them.

Sex workers continue to face the brunt of all that's wrong with men.

Yes, guys. We know tax evasion is fucking wrong. Why bring it up?

If they really cared about enforcing the tax law they'd also be reporting twitch streamers etc and not just cam girls.

Kool and the gang. Glad you clarified your stance.

Oh, could you just shoot me a quick PM with your name and home address? Just wanna report you to your local police for manufacturing drugs on your property. After all, I have no proof but if it's a false alarm, they will investigate it, so no harm done. Right?

And I know you won't have a problem with that, because "Anybody can report to the authorities about anything and this is how it works, and it's fine." So long as it's not online harrassment, it's all cool. Right?
Yeah, sure it's your right and for me, it is not online harassment until you not post out loud something like this "THIS IS DRUG LORD *PUT PRIVATE INFORMATION HERE AND WE SHOULD PUT HIM IN JAIL!!!" - and this is harassment.

I do not understand why we have this conversation on resetera? In one hand we have obviously hate speech (thots and other words for SW) but in another hand tax fraud is a serious crime and it should be punished.
If they do not do any tax evasion it false alarm and IRS will investigate it
Agree, they do it because of hate and if you do not defend tax frauds it is not mean that you approve incels hate
Anybody can report to the authorities about anything and this is how it works, and it's fine. But online harassment, hate speech and other things that incels just do is unacceptable

This is a violently misogynistic hate group weaponizing the IRS to harass women. There is no evidence of tax fraud. Their goal is to harass women, not to uncover tax fraud. There's no 'two sides' to this. Playing the 'Oh, harassment is bad, but tax fraud is too!'-game legitimizes the false accusations of tax fraud and seemingly implies that you believe a violently misogynistic hate group weaponizing the IRS to harass women would in some way be acceptable or legitimate if that harassment were to incidentally uncover any amount of tax fraud.

You also clearly do not seem to understand what harassment is or how it works. Knowingly filing false accusations of tax fraud in an attempt to weaponize the IRS against someone is itself harassment, regardless of whether the accusation is posted on a public online forum or not.

"Hello RighteousFr$$domanon2988, this is the IRS, yes yes against all odds over the past 5 years we've pursued your baseless and nearly useless report and found some tax fraud. You are of course entitled to 30% of the proceeds and we are prepared to deposit the full two dollars and 50 cents into your mothers bank account. Hello? Hello righteousfr$$domanon2988 are you still there?"

I must be getting old .Back in my day if you were a lonely shy awkward man who struggled mightily with women.... sex workers were your friend?!?

Oh wow, I didn't know about that.
Every influencer better check with their tax person, because that sounds like easy money lol

To claim the whistleblower award, one would have to fill out Form 211
https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f211.pdf

It's highly unlikely that any of the incels reporting are actually doing that.
They're likely just tipping anonymously like SWAT-harassment tactics.

Let's not equate lonely, shy men with Incels (seriously, people are increasingly using incel as a casual "haha, virgins" word).
The modern incel ideology is that they are owed sex. So paying for what they believe is rightfully theirs makes them more hostile to sex workers.

So is everyone. I can count the amount of people I know who play no games on one hand, if we're counting phone games.
Oh, we're doing that, are we. You know what I mean.

The losers who don't have a social life because they spend their entirety of the life playing games, watching anime or on the internet. The ones who hate themselves but then somehow project that hatred onto women who they've never encountered in their lives. The ones who start blaming minorities and immigrants because they need somebody to blame their shitty lives on.

Or do I need a "well not all gamers" disclaimer? Because I follow and play video games too. But there's just that segment that nobody likes. Those gamers.

Pretty much. Incels themselves also routinely get more sympathy than the women they harass. It seems that the gaming community at large (with this forum just being a subset of it) still has issues with seeing women as actual people.

There's people here outright ignoring the issue and claming it's not harassment. What. If I report every guy I see for tax evasion, you'd have every right to call me out for harassing them on baseless reasons.

Well at least you didn't single out gamers this time.

Ah, yes, the true victim here, gamers.

I'd have a better opinion of ~gamers~ if I could speak up in a game's voice chat and *not* immediately get shit thrown at me. Doesn't happen if I don't speak. Wonder why! It's a mystery for the ages, clearly none of the involved people were gamers, and the harassment female players routinely report must be done by false flag non-gamers!

seems like they're truly evading taxes, what's wrong with this?

Okay, I guess we should just mass report you to the IRS and see how you'd like it. Nothing to hide, right? :)

You can't tell from the tone and content of the tweets?

If this was simply doing what's "right" they wouldn't be calling them names and saying you get 30% if the IRS finds something.

This is all about harassment and getting others to do the same by enticing them with money

I don't blame anyone for thinking very lowly of people that don't pay their taxes, I feel the same way speaking in general terms - but it'd be disingenuous to pretend that taxes has anything to do with why these losers are doing it.

These aren't civic minded individuals.

They're misogynists, and they're doing it to draw gratification from hurting women through harassment, threatening their livelihoods and freedoms, and the subsequent duress they inflict by doing so.

Somehow I think that should supersede any discussions on Uncle Sam getting his due.

Crazy thought.

It's about ethics in paying taxes. It's not about anything else. No, siree.

Seriously, after Gamergate, with its mass harassment campaigns, doxxings, and death threats issued to people (mainly women) who spoke out against the prevalence of the objectification of women, lack of diversity or any perceived threats to the centrality of the white male in popular media, to the killings of women from shut-in incels who feel entitled to women's bodies. But this, THIS - embittered males coming after cam girls en masse over "taxes" is beyond the pale, and completely inconceivable to some of you in this moment in time. Really?

Pay your taxes.

Don't report people to the IRS on the basis of absolutely zero evidence.

Even if someone's tax situation is airtight, being subject to an audit would be an incredibly stressful development. That alone makes it harassment.

Doesn't the US have a minimum for income declarations?

I mean, in Italy you don't need to declare your income if it's under 5k€, i'd assume the US has something similar?

Exactly and I sincerely doubt reporting a premium snap is going to result in much tax revenue. It's not even a big deal like let people live.

Why do you think they aren't already paying taxes on those tips?

And judging by the way this thread has gone, you'll probably be banned for this in short order.

I actually dont know, cant the IRS actually check if they do?

I mean, if they ban me because I think its ok to pay taxes and report people who earn a ton of money and evade taxes. I dont think all of them evade, but it is one of those business that is hardly regulated.

I know enough girls that work in "similar" business and they dont declare their income so they can get scolarships, and I think thats ok.

You pay 10% or less on taxes on income that low (unless it's supplementary, in which case you'll be taxed at your normal rate). Dudes are minorly inconveniencing hundreds of women just to prove a point that they hate sex workers. I doubt anyone will be dropping the business because they have to fill out one extra page in a 30 page tax form.
