Scary stuff, the rights efficiency in it's ability to organise this kinda shit is truly horrific. Poor people just trying to make a few bucks and they have to deal with these fuckwits, God knows what else they deal with during their work.
How do they know the girls live in America ?

These guys are basically honey-potting sex workers to report them for tax evasion. Of all the vigilantisms a person can engage in this is a pretty pathetic form of it.
They're most likely going to have to pay little to nothing, and honestly these assholes probably know that. This is pure harassment and only produces months of stress on the victims.

What do we honestly do with these people? Like how do we help them understand the way in which society works? Yeah. This. They hold the contradictory beliefs that these girls are skating through life on easy mode (which is obviously unfair because bootstraps!), and that men like them are entitled to sex. Wouldn't work. I guarantee these same people aren't stoked that attractive women tend to make better tips, and that might be enough of a motivation were circumstances easier, but the difference is that the IRS already knows about a waitress' place of employment. They just don't know which wages are reported and which are not. Conversely, the IRS is not diligently keeping track of Snapchat and its ilk as employers.
There should be a counter effort to make sure every woman on the planet knows the name of every one of these unfuckable losers. No one is required to fuck you just because you have the requisite parts.

All you, personally, can do is talk with anyone close who may be exhibiting this behavior. Try and help them out as something went wrong somewhere for them.
On a larger scale, not much can be done. Social media has led to us becoming more connected but also more aware of what we don't have. These people will congregate and hate so long as there are places for them to congregate, and those places aren't going away, unfortunately.
