People joke about Alien Battle Royale, but it would be a really fun concept

Blackout do sound like some kind of multiplayer. They are definitely going to ride the Battle Royale wave.

But hopefully they do some sort of singleplayer too.

Just hope it don't have 5 endings

Please be something good like Isolation. I can't take more disappointment from this franchise.

They should really incorporate Engineers into this game

Isolation is my fav aliens game since aliens vs predator 2 by monolith.

I don't think that's related to Alien. This game would be by Cold Iron Studios.

EDIT: Yeah, that thread is specifically talking about Creative Assembly working on a new IP. Nirolak has made a couple of threads about the Alien game though, which sounds more like a co-op FPS RPG thing in the vein of Destiny.

I'm really hoping this is true and that we get another Alien game from Creative Assembly.

Alien isolation is one of the best surprise for me this gen. I desperately think it needs a sequel/prequel (made by Creative Assembly).

Yeah, CA needs to be involved, the amount of care that went into Isolation is staggering.

If this is a sequel to Alien: Isolation I will jump round the room.

One of the best games of all time.

I would love an Area-51 sequel

Rules for Alien battle royale:

99 human players with a radar device each
1 player as the alien with heightened speed
Humans have 10 health
Alien has 90 health
25 pulse rifles spread out over the map
25 armor packs spread out over the map
Friendly fire is on

Every time the alien kills a human it gets +1 health
Every time the alien's health drops by 10, the lights in the map dim down.

Therefore: if the map only has 1 human and 1 alien, the alien's health will be high, but the map will be pitch black allowing a human with a radar device a sliver of a chance.

Presumably this is the multiplayer Alien game we've heard about. I'm not holding out much hope.

I'm just a little surprised such a small dev team could have something to show at TGA since they only started work on this game early this year. Intrigued to see it.

I love alien but the last good alien thing thats come out was isolation (rather not talk about covenant) i need some more GOOD alien material in my life

Not so sure. Geoff said 'Worlds Will Change' is the tagline for the show itself so I assume not a specific game tease?

I guess it was a fun response to all the discussion here and elsewhere suggesting the Worlds Will Change gifs were maybe Alien related *shrug*? Maybe it turns out it is all related but can only go by what Geoff himself has said.

I hope this isn't some PvP game. I'd love something like alien isolation in VR.

If it's like Destiny I'm instantly out. I just want another game like Isolation

It would be cool if someone could do this for Rocksteady's game. tried searching myself and the only thing that showed promise was DC Comics filing Justice League trademarks across a ton of countries earlier this year.

I want the Aliens to Isolation's Alien. Literally. Moving from the slow burn intensity of Isolation to an action horror survival shooter would be incredible. Creative Assembly nailed the Alien aesthetic so perfectly that I have absolutely no doubt they could pull of Aliens.

Aliens is the only film I've ever wanted a great video game adaption of, and I'm still incredibly upset that Colonial Marines ruined that possibility for years.
