They didn't understand what I was telling them and condescendingly insisted I wait until 6 when the Black Friday sale kicks in. lol
It's hard to know whether an average Walmart employee really cares enough about this, but it does depend on how the hand-off is dealt with. In my case, I don't think the woman who got it out of the cabinet would have noticed the price discrepancy, to be honest, but it didn't matter because she passed off the game to one of the women working the registers, meaning that there was never any reason to question the price.

Only one I saw. The other place had PLENTY, but weren't selling them.
Ah good point. It didn't have anything to indicate it was only pre-order, it just looked like copies of the game, but you might be right.
Went to Walmart, won't sell any games until six. Not sure if worth it, already was a ton of people there and only two copies of Diablo.
My wife was already there for other stuff, so I asked her to grab these for me if she saw them. Success!

I'll check after the madness tonight either later or tomorrow unless someone happens to grab extra copies to share. Not dealing with Black Friday crowds. I did that once years ago. I am good. I usually find better success with less headache on Friday since so many stores open and start on Thursday's now.
Got Doom 11.99 the lady was like I don't think I can sell you this? I said why and she said I don't know and just let it happen.
I'm sorry, but there was only one copy of Diablo 3 left and I didn't see anything for Doom. ;_;

I'm in the long ass line for iPhones, but they just came out and said XR's are already gone. Moving to video game line now, we'll see.
The 24-hour locations never closed. But Walmart's Black Friday deals officially kick off at 6pm.
