DKC TF is finally at the price it should have launched at.

Shame it's nowhere near where it should be for BF, I would have bought it (already own it on WII U).

Captain of Outer Space thanks again for your hard work! Just wanted to let you know that the link in the OP to your updated post in post #496 took me to a post on page 5 instead, in case you want to fix it, unless it's just not working for me on mobile or something. Thanks!

Tempted to get Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection...never ended up buying it at launch. Also want the physical version too though...but this is one of those games that nice to always have available. HNNNNNG. I started physical on Switch, then bought a few digital games and though I was going to go all digital, but then went back to physical. ARGH!!

Yet I rarely see any micro transactions in Sony and Microsoft's first party games.

Sony's first party games are designed to shift consoles, so they're selling something else- though even still, the scale of production is not sustainable if game prices continue to drop so incredibly quickly.

how do I go about doing this? what are the potential downsides?
Create an account on pc making Mexico your country. Link it on your switch. Go to the eshop using your Mexican user. Buy the game using your US credit card. To be safe, you may want to make sure your cc doesn't have any foreign transaction fee (not sure if one would apply in this case)

No downsides.

I do it pretty often. Mexico is easy because you can use a US credit card. Other countries you can't.

ahh so I'd have to use and be logged in to that new, Mexico-based account to play it?

No. I should have spelled that out. My apologies.

You can play with your regular profile. Just gotta buy it with the Mexican account.

I think other ppl just change their primary account to another region to make purchases but I believe if you have any money on your account when you change territories you lose it.

Don't know if it's been mentioned here yet, but damn....

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074RNRM2B/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_9?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1

Sandisk 400gb for $80. Which I'm not sure if I should bite on or just grab the $256 for $40 for my Switch, as I don't intend on buying any big games( file size-wise), mostly indies and other smaller digital-only titles.
My 200GB card still has a decent amount of space, but I'm tempted to get the 400GB at that price. Along with Mark of the Ninja, even though 10% off isn't a big drop...

Damn, there's quite a few games for Switch I want to get (Rayman Legends, Lego Harry Potter, Starlink), but there's SO MANY that I already have in Switch that I honesty can't justify buying any more right now.

By the time I'd get around to playing these game they'll probably be on sale for even cheaper!

That's why I'm torn. There are at least three games I want and have been waiting/watching for a discount, but I wonder if they will be discounted more heavily somewhere down the line. I feel like it's a given with a 5-15 percent off, but when it creeps up to 35+, I start to wonder if that's as steep of a discount as I'm going to see for a while.

I certainly don't have a shortage of games to play right now on Switch.
