Kinda neat but it doesn't really embrace or give off the feeling of the psones essence. I think if it showed a little actual game play it'd be better.

based on release date it really seems like one of those last minute stocking stuffers. why isnt this available on bf?
Why would they release a new product on black Friday when people want stuff for sale on Black Friday?
They are advertising and pushing $199 PS4 and PSVR bundles, why launch it while they created a feeding frenzy for their other platforms?

i guess you guys are right. i was thinking for the leftovers but i suppose there is enough time left. for some reason i thought the nes stuff launched around this time too when they came out
I bet more money went into making the ad compared to the entire classic console production line too.

You know, I loved my PlayStation, but I really don't have great memories of the hardware.
Like, the last year or so of its life, I had to prop it up on the side because the laser motor wouldn't track properly without the additional help of gravity.

What's more, the Rayman they used isn't even the Rayman featured on the console.
Have not really been following info on this thing much but I saw it comes with Twisted Metal 1, would have been much better with Twisted Metal 2.
An advertisement worthy of the PS1. A pity the same couldn't be said for the selection of games.

Boy does that bring back memories. Really impressive back in the day. The manta ray too. I recall them both having incredible music.

They need to put a bit more effort into the product before I pull the trigger , PS classic just screams cash grab instead of what it should be "cash grab made with love"

The name + boxart on the menu seems to suggest it's the Director's Cut (non-dualshock), which is the best of both worlds as it has the original OST but with Arrange mode and auto-aim from the Japanese original reinserted

Is that T. Rex the same one that was in the original pre-release tech demo disc? (If you pre-ordered a PlayStation they gave you a black CD with music that could also be played once you received your console.)
