It's not because he ain't black. He's Mexican, so he's still a minority and in the eyes of the judicial system they don't care either way.

He'll get off because he can buy some great lawyers to finesse a plea deal, and he's got those tricycle mufuckas to take the fall for him.

All the prison systems care about is people in jails to generate money. It doesn't matter who is in them.
I did that but thing is money don't always convince a jury especially if your black

Dude was more or less a slave once he connected with the wrong dudes.
Im pretty sure they applied pressure on him to keep it up with the disrespect because of the attention they were getting.

Dude is likely soft as hell - you think he is gonna tell the savages and goons that surrounded him no, when they pressure him to further escalate things ?

Not saying he doesnt deserve what happens or that he isnt responsible for his actions/decisions - but people are really underestimating how difficult it can be to cut some of these ties, once success is here.

He probably would have needed at least 1-2 more years of success to work out some kind of way to get rid of these guys without having to fear some mayor retaliation.

Hip Hop Police and feds never had it easier - just following Ak. and co. on social media for a couple months and you will get enough evidence to make your case.
Yeah, he doesn't seem so tough. I dunno anything about his rap sheet other than the underage sex crimes. Your breakdown makes sense, it's hard getting rid of the snakes once you're already in the pit. It's crazy to me how much extortion goes on in the rap game. First heard it from a '96 Pac interview talking about the gangsters behind Badboy. I mean fucking Drake has a street Rabbi in J.Prince lol.

NYPD probably still has a HipHop Police unit. These new NY cats blowing up are getting the hammer brought down relatively fast. They're definitely on someone's radar from the jump.

He kinda beat a pedo charge

He claims gang affiliation with a gang he may or may not be a part of

He's been affiliated with rival gangs, apparently

He trolls on level 1,000,000 - he regularly invites his "enemies" and anyone in general to suck his dick, to come do something to him, he's put his address out in the media and egged people to touch him, he constantly spouts this mantra of he's untouchable, bulletproof, and everybody else is PUSSY or STOOPID.

He's gone to his enemies hoods and shot video of him there, asking them to pull up or come find him, etc.

Last week, he got into a situation that made him fire his "team", and then went on a rant about how these people are DIRTY and he'd never affiliate with them again. He accused them of putting a hit out on his mom if he refused to perform some shows he was being extorted for.

He's been shot at (or in places where it seems the shots are for him) multiple times (3 if we're counting) within the past couple months.

He's been talked to by several older figures in hip hop, who have warned him EXACTLY what's coming if he continues down this path. His response is always "I hear you but fuck that, this is ME"

He's been begging for this.
Sounds like 25 to life is the best case scenario for him. Sounds like otherwise he'd end up shot in a year or ODed penniless at 40.

Vlad, Adam, especially Ak.

I don't feel a thing for any of them, because that rude awakening people keep looking for isn't happening.

Why would the feds screw over their best assets?

X and 69 getting wiped off the map within 6 months of each other is the best thing to happen to hip hop in years.
You're an awful person dude, you might not like their music but x died as his life was taken away, dude was robbed and killed, you might not like the person but shit it's just music in the end of the day

Ok buddy, hardly rich and it's not gonna a difference.
We gone have to see. The nigga got hits. He's rich enough to spend more than 100-200 thousand on his Defense. My goddamn dad was hit with 6 counts of grand larceny and made off with 5 years probation. Money talks and the kid's got enough of it. Whether you or not you consider him really rich is a none issue.

There's lots of expensive lawyers out there, and that has done fuck all to keep the feds from having a 99.X% conviction rate.

And to those who think him not being black is going to help him with old white judges or something? Look at him.

Yeah, nah I'm not gonna mourn a dude who beats on women to within an inch of their lives, nothing to do with music.

XXXTentacion was an actual evil person.

I"m out of the loop. How so?

I want to like Tekashi... I think it's incredible how he has overcome the odds to become as successful as he has. On the other hand, his arrogance makes me want to see him fall. I saw both TBC interviews and I thought he was feeling himself a bit too much the 2nd, time. I'll be honest: unless he retires from public life I don't see him making it. I mean, I don't see him continuing to live.

Later that day, XXXTentacion left the room and returned with two grilling implements—a "barbecue pitchfork" and a "barbecue cleaner," she said—and told her to pick between them, because he was going to put one of them in her vagina. She chose the fork. He told her to undress. He was lightly dragging the tool against her inner thigh when she passed out. He did not penetrate her with it.

Out of curiosity what were the circumstances of XXX's killing? Did he know the killers? Was it street beef or random?

I wish rap OGs were in charge of the labels. We'd have motherfuckers who can rap and do something for the culture if that were the case. I'm tired of these troubled new dudes that can barely rap bringing all this death energy to HipHop.

Akademiks needs to keep a lookout himself. He's been so affiliated with 69 that they're definitely on him.

And the next Joe Budden and Brilliant Idiots podcasts are about to be FIRE.
