They also announced a really cool new feature, not only can you watch a pre-recorded (tool assisted) run of any game but you can pause during any moment and jump in and play from that exact spot.

They said it might be an industry first.

Announcing DLC before the game is even released?
I look forward to Monday's Jimquisition about this.

Yeah, but it's free stuff that they are genuinely adding too late into development for the base product, but still wanted players to have. This is the kind of DLC Jim would be supporting.

Being able to watch a playthrough of every game in the collection and jump in when you want seems great.

Here's the part that they show it in the panel:

I think the SNES Classic... TECHNICALLY beat it to the punch, but not for a full game and not for sharing. This is an awesome feature.

(I just want Crystalis.)

So basically the anniversary collection is going to increase in size by 10 games in addition to the base games previously announce, this isn't splitting the base collection up as DLCs right?

The cover art is....well...the bikini girl was needed really?

That's cool for the "free games",but i would prefer to have all of them already on the cartridge.

Depends how you look at it, she's quite a known character with SNK, because she's in the King of Fighters games, but originated from the game in the collection.

Woah, that's sick.

I'm looking forward to this collection. Hopefully it'll introduce new people to pre-Neo Geo SNK.

I just tried this feature! It's pretty cool that you can use it to jump into later levels.

Just a shame they only offer one save slot per game.
