Since The Gauntlet, the new season of Mystery Science Theater 3000, is premiering on Netflix on Thanksgiving (11/22), we're doing something a little different for the Turkey Day Marathon this year. We'll be streaming six episodes on Sunday, November 18th on Shout! Factory TV with new intros starring Joel Hodgson and Jonah Ray.

Not only will the marathon honor the 30th anniversary with looks back at the show's history, but there will even be a sneak peek behind the scenes of the new season! Consider the marathon your Turkey Day/Gauntlet meal prep.

I oddly kind of grew up on it, but haven't seen it since I was a little kid. I'm curious on if it's as much of a McDonalds commercial as I remember it being.

My wife loved it as a kid and made me watch it. I told her it was totally a McDonald's commercial, especially with that title. The product placement is amazing.
