Don't you have to be "charged" with something to be jailed and have bail set? Confused here.
I would imagine should there be formal charges, it will be litigated in court.
I'm quite sure the fellow is just latching onto the events to draw attention to himself. Seems a bit silly given how his last scheme played out.

No. He was arrested on suspicion of domestic abuse, no charges have been filed yet. A prosecutor will look into the case and determine whether he should be charged with something within the next day or two.
The fact that he still hasnt released his side of the story tells me he's just hoping to spread so much fud that no one can find out what really happened.

He was trying to pin it on Wohl because Wohl claimed credit on twitter as a joke but because Wohl is so stupid nobody knew if it was a joke or not so now some people genuinely think Wohl is behind this.

Yup. Wohl is the special kind of guy who is both stupid enough to frame somebody right after his last attempt to frame them blew up and then brag about it, but is also stupid enough to take credit for framing someone who actually committed a crime.

The default position should be to not dismiss a woman's claims. To actively seek the truth regardless of race, gender, age, wealth, reputation etc. That should be your only default position until you have facts to base it on.

No, what I described is a position of not dismissing people and taking their claims seriously until an investigation can answer the questions that need to be answered. What you described in your last post is pretty much the opposite. A default position of belief.
