Don't really want to create a giveaway just for this... first person to quote me gets a key of Orwell (first one), if someone doesn't have it yet.

edit: oh, happy birthday Panda Pedinte !

I don't have Geforce Experience installed but I'm getting the Nvidia Ansel overlay popup whenever I start a game. i think it only started happening after the latest driver update. Shouldn't Ansel not even be installed? Is there something I can do to disable it?

I want a gaming laptop..
..but the specs are too low for the price that they command..
..but i want to be able to play anywhere in my house..
..but with desktop i can get better specs for the same price..
..sigh.

I do agree the price sucks but I just can't go back to a tower setup. I'm always moving around to different rooms and I like I can take my laptop over to friends places. (And yes I did participate in LAN parties back in the day lol) The mobility is worth it for me apparently at this time in my life.

Others noted nvidia shield. Have a buddy who swears by it. Great compliment to a tower setup.

It's my birthday today, turning 30 years old and I already feel like an old man now.

Happy Birthday!

You know I tried to play Hitman and it kinda ran like trash for some reason, installed Hitman 2 to play the first on that and it runs sooooo much better.

The Walking Dead is delisted?? Aw. Before the same thing happens to Tales from the Borderlands, i suggest you to buy it. It's Telltale's best.

Skybound is taking over walking dead as of a few weeks ago. Since Robert kirkman owns them, the rights for everything walking dead are probably with them now. Wouldn't be surprised to see that series relisted again

THQ Nordic to the rescue?

Dunno about those other titles though, Disney owns Monkey Island, so I can see Tales getting a re-release, Fox owns BttF right? So that's up in the air.

That intro is missing the robots, aliens and space ships.

My favorite part of the Might and Magic games is how they're both fantasy and sci-fi. They don't go "You fools, it wasn't magic, it was science all along!", they know that both throwing fireballs and having a lightsaber are cool things.
They were just foreshadowing the twists :P

I'd bet a lot of the delisted stuff gets lost to just nobody caring. Like Jurassic Park is a Universal thing and they don't have much presence in traditional games these days, and so it is likely to just linger away in purgatory, with them barely cognizant of it's existence.

I feel like you say that, but if you get that laptop you probably just keep it at your fav desk and chair and hardly ever move it. Like, you'll bring it into your kitchen every now and then to watch youtube while you cook or something, but you'll only ever game on it in one place.

It is written.

I was watching this Darksiders 3 gameplay video from Game Informer. To be honest, I did not follow this game, and its difficulty surprises me. I remember the first game has difficult sessions, but certainly not as brutal as 3 is. Now I am drooling yet I have already decided my gaming time is dedicated for Hitman 2 in the coming months.

Well, this really is a first world problem. Too many games.

I'm just gonna watch the first few minutes of this but right off the bat, I'm not seeing anything resembling DS2's loot system? If the RPG elements are in, I think they went for something similar to the runes like in God of War 2018, where you find specific items that affect your stats, but nothing like regular RPG equipment etc.
Heck you can even see the # of Souls you've collected on the bottom right, ala Darksiders 1. I don't mind there being collectable healing items as it comes down to how the progression is designed (would be nice to have an option to disable healing items etc. for a bit of extra challenge).
Of interest however is one section in the video where
you see a human! DS3 takes place before 1 though with a very dwindling number of humans left. Either Fury is sending them to the afterlife or sending them to some kind of safe place, is something I'll find out when I play the game :P

The PC version of Psychedelica of the Black Butterfly will launch via Steam on November 15, publisher Intragames announced.

As previously announced, the PC version will feature English, Korean, and Traditional Chinese text support, as well as full Japanese voice-overs, high-definition visuals, and optimized keyboard and mouse controls for parts such as the butterfly hunting mini-game

I'm waiting for reviews for Fallout 76 - want to see just how big of a train-wreck it is. Everyone (and I mean everyone) I know that's playing it says it's a complete shit-show, but the nuking part is fun apparently.

Yes, apparently it is more similar to DS1 instead of DS2, mechanics-wise.

Regarding the spoiler tag, one of the most intriguing things about Darksiders, to me, is the clash of fantasy with actual earth environment in apocalyptic settings. It is surprising to me that THAT appears in this game. Certainly did not expect that.

Underworld Ascendant releases tomorrow. It sounds like over the course of development, they've moved away from the original pitch of creating a spiritual successor the the Blue Sky/Looking Glass simulated classics for something closer to Dark Messiah's action-focused experience, scaling back on the evolving world ecology and cutting the dialogue system altogether. I'm still keen to check it out, but I really hope it captures some of the feeling of the originals.

Finished UW1 two years ago, still such a great experience!
