Hmmm..I might be able to make that jump now. Just picked up a 6th piece of the Inna set..jumped from 2m per hit to 25-35m.
And wow..150% dmg per Mystic Ally, so base +750%, thought I'd throw on my Crudest Boots for an extra 150%..Nope, it's an extra of each, so now +1500%

Too big of a jump still, I'd say. But try climbing the GRift ladder to a point where you feel comfortable.
After reaching GR80 on my Necro I decided to try out the Corpse Lance build I had in reserve but I am just not feeling it. I'm sure with better gear it would shine but maybe I am feeling a little burnt out on my Necro...

Those starting new characters I advise creating character then going to do the challenge rift (Barb this week) pretty fun and simple rift (took me about 2-3 tries to get the map figured out) but the loot to get everything updated + a successful ring from kadala for my cube is pretty awesome.
I've tried a few builds on my Necro, to try and change a bit from the Skeleton Mage build related to the season ... and they just can't compare to the 4000% damage bonus to 10 mages nearly all the time ... It's a bit frustrating changing everything, and seeing the damage collapses totally, just to go back to the previous build.
hmph, I think I'll just go ahead and get the roland set from the season rewards, I dont like the set or the play style, but im stuck at T4 and rifts are giving me fuck all. Any full set its a GIGANTIC dps boost so that will at least help to farm what I actually want. I wanted to use the "free" set on my Necro since its Rath but who knows when or if they will fix curses anyway. Being stuck in a difficulty with RNGesus not helping is a complete momentum killer so yeah, sounds like a plan.
This shit is so frustrating. Backed out and back in like 7 times to finally get an Adria bounty, and still wasted like 3 minutes chasing the arrow.
I absolutely hate how RNG depedent these conquests are. There's absolutely no skill involved, just pray you get a nice map or cheese it with multiple players. So fucking stupid.
This whole season journey thing has been nothing but a source of frustration.
I've had one major issue with this game that I'm not sure if blizzard can fix, but I REALLY hope they come up with something because it sucks.
Multiple times I've joined someone else's multiplayer game to run rifts or whatever, and they've left in the middle of the run. That then migrates me to a new host, completely resetting any progress that was made in the rift. Very annoying.

Question, where do you actually get your Season rewards? I completed Chapter 1 of the season goals, but I don't have the rewards (new portrait and pet hand).
You go to the season journey, click on the chapter, and view rewards, and press X. Pay attention to the control prompts at the bottom of the screen.
That is not true at all.
You need to have your character equipped to the point of one-shotting those bosses to do this. I didn't give a damn about the bounties for adria or whatever, just vaulted like crazy with my DH and the speed per vault passive.
Also, never teleport back to town and then to the next boss, that wastes a lot of time. Press down on the d-pad and then R, you can teleport directly to the next boss waypoint.
I can one shot all bosses, I'm up to GR92 solo. The problem is getting to them in time. I'm obviously not TP'ing back to town.
I'm not playing a DH. Even with Swiftmount cubed on my Crusader, it's still a crapshoot if I get a good map to navigate. You must've just gotten lucky.
Isn't the rewards for completing the season journey just cosmetic?

It's the only guided progression for the endgame. I just want it done so I can focus on GR pushing. I can't just leave a box unchecked in a game like this.
First time ever playing Diablo and I'm having a blast with my Necro mages. Noobish question:
- I mostly have the common skeletal mages build in place (except the damn ring that gives two mages, which I can't seem to get). Should I be gambling on enchants with the Mystic to try to improve the current gear? Not sure on strategy here, or if i should just wait for drops with better stats. Thanks.

The inventory size cannot be increased, just the stash. To increase stash size, open the stash and press the right stick. It costs gold, and you can get up to 350 slots of gear.
Replace gear with +speed gear like the bracelets that give you speed for breaking items. Get 25% movement speed if you don't have it.

I'll rush to the bosses, you teleport and kill them and meanwhile I'll go to the next one.

Yeah It's a bit disappointing we don't have the stash enhancement, I already have it full and not playing all classes. OK, most of them are items to put in the cube atm, but still, I can't imagine to store all the stuff for all my (future) characters there. Plus I miss the custom tabs of the PC version.

I found a bug and I'm not sure if it was isolated or not. I was playing local multiplayer, and the second player opened up their stash and clicked the right analog to upgrade her stash. The game then popped up a confirmation dialog where she needed to press either 'A' or 'B' and neither of the buttons would register. The only way to get rid of the popup dialog was for me (player 1) to press 'A' or 'B'. Just a heads up for anyone else that encountered. I almost resorted to closing the game because we weren't able to dismiss the popup.
Yeah, had this too. Player 2 has to load in by themselves (without you in the game) to upgrade the stash.

Ah well. I was a bit confused when "continue"-ing on the main menu brought me back to the beginning of Act 5, in story mode no less. like, wtf, didn't you just point me towards adventure mode, why not switch me over automatically.

The only flaw is the necro curses are bugged atm. We're still waiting for a patch !
It is. I enjoy the pet build with your army of mage skeletons and rathma set, which by the wy is the set that is given for free this season for the necro.
I also enjoy the corpse lance build for the necro, feels really powerful once geared up. Good thing is that with necro you have several viable builds to try out, each build feels like an entirely new character too.
I've played this on PC for a couple thousand hours, played this on PS4 for around a hundred and on Xbox one for the same amount... this game is like crack to me. Switch is my favourite version, just because of being able to play anywhere.
Yeah have both of those, and the wrsits that increase speed on item destruction are cubed.
I think I found one culprit though - I was going from Act V down to Act I clearing every boss node on the map, but I guess you don't need to kill Vivdan in Act II for the conquest. Still failed my past run though with an absolutely disgusting map for spider queen. Ugh.

Aranae has one of the worst maps, for sure. Izual, diablo and Urzael are also big culprits with shitty layouts for failing the conquest.

Audio other than English US has to be downloaded seperately. Each language pack is 5GB.

Just downloaded the patch and I love the new icon. Funny how much a damn icon can make me happy
Other questions I have about the UI:
- Is there a way to see whether weapons are 1- or 2-handed before I equip them? Right now the only way I can tell is by equiping it and seeing if it appears in my off-hand
- When reviewing a potential 2-handed item to replace a 1-hand + off-hand item combo do the state comparisons take the lack of the off-hand item into account?
- Is there a way to see and equip gems from the normal inventory slots? Or do I need to first dig into my gem inventory and then assign to items from there?
