Yeah, same. I'm on campus and it's kinda fun to see different groups and people commenting on it when it reaches them. It's like watching a virus spread or something.
This leaves only Sonic to be a complete embarrassment, right? It's our only hope.

The team attached to this doesn't give me much hope of this being of any quality but maybe Warner Bros. knows what they're doing.
Thinking about it for a few seconds longer: this is totally Pokemon by way of the Gremlins movies. That cute-creepy aesthetic is absolutely there.

I'm gonna be much more picky about that one, but if it's at least as good as this is looking then I'll be pleased.
Visually I dont think it's going to work. I just imagine they're going to take the safe route and straight up use Sonic's in game design, or either make a terrible monstrosity.
I like how Pikachu looks, but I'm mixed on the other Pokemon designs shown so far.
That being said, I feel like this trailer looks a bit more promising than I expected a live action Pokemon film to look. This actually seems like it might be passable, when it easily could have gone a lot worse.

We're in a timeline where Toy Story 4 looks disappointing yet a realistic live action movie based on Pokémon looks awesome.

I mean, when you really look at Greninja, if you saw a big eyed frog monster that was the size of a person and wrapped its tongue around its face... it would be pretty grotesque and scary looking "in real life"
I think this looks cute. I am fully on board for this movie.The pokeymaynes look good, I don't know why are people hating on the designs.

Well in the correct timeline toystory was left at 3 and its fine
I don't know why people are focusing on that Mr. Mime's face still, in context he was making an act, and looks pretty good in motion tbh.
