Both. I go hard scrubbing at night. Morning is a quick rinse just to wash whatever accumulates during the night off.

Today I'll end up taking three showers.

I love taking a shower before bed but I would probably get run over by a car if I didn't take one in the morning so...yeah...

Clearly the best choice is to shower before bed. Then you go to bed clean and feeling great. You aren't depositing your daily filth into the sheets.

However, a shower in the morning feels good too.

Unfortunately because of my partners habits, it's been showering in morning and not at night. Really want to get back to showering at night.

Nights if I have to go somewhere/do something in the morning, or if I'm feeling particularly filthy. Mornings otherwise.

If I got work the following day I have it on the night if I don't have work then I just have it on the morning.

It depends a lot on my schedule, but I do prefer showing at night. It always feels quite nice to get into bed feeling clean.

Always at night. That's how my family did it growing up and I always did it. Plus now that I work in a hospital all day I especially feel the need to shower before bed.

It entirely depends on how tired or occupied I am. I don't really have a favorite. Morning showers feel better in the moment, melting away into that steaming hot waterfall that warms your soul to the bone, but night showers have the "after-taste" comfort of feeling clean in your bed as you drift into dreamland on a cotton candy cloud.

Both for me, due to shift work. I usually shower once I've cycled home and that'll either be first thing in the morning or late at night. On my days off I find it a lot better to shower in the morning though as it helps to wake me up.

Both during the summer.
Morning only at night.

I need a shower in the morning to wake up.

I shower after work. I'm usually kinda sweaty after work and hate going to bed feeling gross, plus I leave for work at 5:30 am and don't want to get up earlier to take a shower

Both, how can you only take a shower in the morning and vice versa? Night-only people will wake up with a bed head and not to mention if you're married and had sex the night before, you'd be all disgusting. Morning-only people will work all day sweating throughout and make it even worse post workout requiring a shower before the following morning. Just shower both morning and night. You get to contemplate more while having both day-and-night showers.

In the summer I usually have to shower 2-3 times a day. I hate summer.

In the winter I just shower in the morning.

It varies entirely based on my mood. Usually though the more awake I am before bed the more likely I am to take a shower before bed on nights I'm exhausted I take a shower in the morning.

I shower right before going out. As soon as I shower it is a countdown until my hair will be a greasy mess again. For example, I'll always shower in the morning to go to work, but if I have to go out again after I've already arrived home, I'll shower again for a change of clothes and to do my hair again. Unless I'm going to the gym, in which case I'll shower after. If I go to the gym in the morning, I'll shower before and after.

Morning. I have pretty thin hair so by the morning it would start to look oily and bad for work if I showered at night instead of the morning.

Not gonna lie, pretty horrified at the number of people who only shower at night. Everyone sweats at night time, just because you don't wake up sweaty doesn't mean you haven't been sweating overnight. I'd rather be 'dirty' in bed in private than be walking around 'dirty' for the entire day in public. Anyone working in an office, please shower in the morning, your co-workers will thank you.

If it's a work day, then I shower at night because I can't be fucked to wake up early, shower, eat breakfast and go to work.

If it's a weekend, it's either/or.

In the mornings before work and all. Weekends are fair game depending on what I'm doing or not doing.

If some how I come home dirty as hell I'll take a shower.

Depends completely on what my schedule looks like the next day. For instance, if its a weekend I won't only not shower at night but also not in the morning. That's because I'll get up and do the yards and other shit, then I'll shower mid-day. Work days vary too, and it depends completely if I'm meeting my accounts for an early AM meeting or not. If I have to meet a customer before 10AM, I'll shower the night before.. get up, check emails and hit the road. If I'm not meeting my accounts until later in the day or just working from home that day I'll shower in the morning, because I'm in no rush.

Basically, every day is different. Breaking the routine is an amazing thing.

Both - why wouldn't you when it takes less than 5 mins. It's not really that much water in the scheme of things - you can also get a low power shower head if you're that concerned with water wastage. Feels exactly the same just better dispersion of water.

The number of replies in here that aren't "both" is crazy to me

This.

both, but I tend to keep the night time shower a short one! most mornings take longer because I have to wash my hair, which is medium length, thick, and curly, and I can barely put a wide-toothed comb through it without copious amounts of conditioner lmao
