Elf is a top tier Christmas movie and it is nice to see people with good taste in this thread.

15 years ago, my crush on Zooey Deschanel started. Also, think its possibly Will Ferrell's best role. Definitely top 3.

I'd argue its the role that turned him into a mainstream star (along with Old School). His SNL roles good as they are, always felt alienating to normies. I recall my mom coming out of Elf and suddenly being a Will Ferrell fan, where as she couldn't care less for him on the show.

Krampus is what you'd get if all of Gremlins had been as dark as the story about Kate's dad.

I saw it a few years ago. I thought it was pretty boring. Don't know why people go ape shit over it.

It's not good.

And it's still fucking terrible. Will Ferrell has to be one of the most unfunny actors on earth. Right up there with Adam Sandler.

Do the people who don't like it just not have Christmas spirit or a sense of humor? You should at least specify a Christmas movie you like better.
