No. At the very most I would say that it could be seen a disrespectful to the people on stage when they're trying to speak but get interrupted by the crowd.
Being happy and exuberant is nothing wrong. It's just when it begins to negatively effect the people on the stage is when it becomes an issue.
I think boring is a fair complaint. Some of the other shit? Hell no. And it deserves to be called out.
