I hope not. He was very disrespectful, made Geoff and his show look bad.
I know he was genuine about his game, but that calling out wasn't necessary especially when Geoff has a lot of respect for the Oscars.
It was memorable, though, & I'm sure Ubisoft gave everyone there a heads-up. Him doing something unscripted & unusual was even part of Ubisoft's press plan for getting him on the show, IIRC, so I'm sure everyone just kind of anticipated something like that happening, & what we got was all according to plan.

Anybody that thinks a Mobile reveal is better than a VR reveal needs to rethink the way they see gaming. Just look at Diablo Immortal.
Now since PUBG is mentioned by Keighley and TGA is in December coinciding with the potential release of the game on PS4, they will annoucne this version during that event.

When his game he was promoting also turned out to be pretty great I rewatched it and this got even more entertaining.

I would be careful with showing mobile games. Carefully select them, because most will not fly with the target audience, despite what publishers want to put on the show.
It's weird knowing that nothing Siege ever gets revealed/shown off outside of the pro league events. Literally ever.

Not sure if you are aware it's a comedic reference to Josef Fares (Brothers: Tale of Two Sons, A Way out ) last year, not a serious statement. Fares is also a filmmaker though.

Because it's a commercial disguised as an award show. Which is not to say that's a bad thing. More people would probably watch the Oscars if they debuted the trailer for Avengers 4 during it.
Just hope Sony will announce a release of one their last big exclusives for fall/holiday 2019 (The Last of Us, Death Stranding or Ghost of Tsushima) with another trailer

Geoff looked so impotent during that interview. He looked like he was having a "Hello Darkness..." moment while that guy was dropping F-bombs all over EA for pay 2 win shit.
Live orchestra was great, except for the fact it didn't play a single song of the best OST of the year.
I feel that, is something that BSO award should be implemented with live performances. Just like in the oscars.
Apparently Andrea Rene had a hard time trying to interview this guy backstage too. It was so bad that it wasn't shown. She talked about on WGG podcast after TGAs last year.

A Way Out was an amazing game. Sure would be a great reveal if he announces his next project (it would probably a bit soon though)
