The sequel ideas sound neat, too. If we were living in an utopia I'd say pump Sony for some VR money and do for Breakout style games what Tetris Effect is doing for Tetris at the moment. Shatter would be pretty ideal for that.

I really enjoyed playing it on PC a couple years ago, and I think MarioW himself was kind enough to hustle me a Shatter OST vinyl! Thanks again for that, I spin it regularly!
Would love to also see a sequel if you can get Moduel back on-board!

Shatter was one of my first purchases on PSN. It's endlessly fun, and it's hard to believe it launched for like $7. Seems like quaint times now.
Same here. I still blast that OST from time to time to this day.
Always wanted to play this game, so I hope this does come to fruition. One of the best soundtracks I have ever listened to, though
That's great news, I just loved Shatter on PS3 and would love seeing a remaster/ remake.
Would be cool if it was Cross Buy on PS4, complete with the separate soundtrack as a download. It's still one of the best Arkanoid-likes I've played.
Another run of vinyl seems incredibly unlikely unless for some reason the ports explode in popularity (even then I'm not sure we'd risk it).
You can still get copies of the vinyl, albeit with some very minor damage to the cover. We have like half a dozen or so still left I think. You just have to ask the right person via PM ;)
Not sure how I missed this game, but that OST is amazing. I think I will get this on Steam. Especially since it seems to have a native Linux Port. I think this may be a fun game to play on a date night with my wife. :D
When it comes to the PS4, it will be the third time I will have bought the game. The vinyl is one of my proudest possessions! Thank you for making it happen!
This is amazing! I played the hell out of Shatter on PC back in the day. It's one of those games I felt bad about buying on sale because I feel like I got so much more than my money's worth out of it. I will absolutely buy this again on whatever console you guys release it on and play through it all over again. I liked the story touches in the first game and I like building on that for a sequel! I really hope to see Shatter's port sell well enough to move forward with a sequel!

Damn. Loved this game on PS3. I see it has not been confirmed by a Switch version would no doubt be Day 1 for me. I miss my Switch and would love a game like this to use it again.

This game is the bottom/first game on my PSN wishlist.
I loved the soundtrack when it came out and meant to buy the game but I would always wait for sales, and it never dropped in price. Saw it there in my list recently and considered buying but I rarely hook up my PS3 these days.

Oh hell yes!!! I forgot about this game but remember having a blast with it back in the day. At a certain point it got too tough for me and I bailed but I'm down for a remaster. :)
