Just found three of them when vacuuming. It's very tiny, smaller than my pinky nail. And fast as hell.
I'm already panicking. I hate bugs.
That's a Longtorsomaneater which is one of the most ferocious man eating bugs in the world. They attack when you sleep and burrow into your skin, laying millions of eggs under your skin. After a few weeks you get a high fever and the little critters begin to eat you from the inside out.
It's too blurry to tell, but it's probably a silverfish.
What? All they want to do is eat all the smaller bugs in your house! They're friendly if you're larger than them!

They're fine, unless you have hundreds of them running all over your apartment. (I live in a very old building)

Wait, no, that is a friend! Silverfish eat your books; they're a blight & deserve to be eaten by these cuties.
I meant eww to that gross ass bug from op. I love my leggy friends.
They freak me out when I see them on the ceiling. But they stay out of the way and eat the really bad pests.
Lets hope one of them doesn't fall from the ceiling and into your mouth when you are sleeping.

I think about it a lot. But they seem content to scour the ceilings and walls for bugs.
it's a silverfish.. get a natural pump spray with some Deltamethrin, it will last for a long time where you spray it
(for gods sake don't buy aerosol can, it just spreads the poison into the air)
