lol classic humble. This is the 3rd game in as many months that I have in my library with no key.
edit. It has been 2 months since Meadow and it still has no key so dont expect a key to ever come for this either.

Yep, it is a beautifully designed game.
I bought Fidel during the Halloween sale! It's good as hell, and I have no idea what I'm doing! Really hits that Desktop Dungeons short-play puzzle-roguelike itch though.

Huh, they took out the ghost? That's odd. I haven't played in quite a while. Was something else added to make it more challenging? Removing the ghost seems like it would make things too easy. You could brute force your way through any given run.

i'm also a bit skeptical about the ghost being removed, i feel kind of the fun of the game was having to think on your feet so it was a very different experience to say into the breach, but we'll see?

The French translation of the latest article about Artifact looks like it was spout out of Google Translate. The wording is off, and... both the name of the hero ("Tinker") and its spell were translated ("Bricoleur", i.e. "Handyman"). On the official wiki of Dota 2, everything is translated but the hero names and spells: http://www.dota2.com/hero/tinker/ I would be very disappointed by Valve if this is the quality of the translations which are to be expected for Artifact. Imagine if Valve decides to propagate this translation to Dota 2...

I thought the Ghost was made optional with one of the previous updates? Honestly I was fine with the ghost and everything else at launch, I'm kinda surprised at how much he's changed and tweaked things.

Although this idea doesn't bother me personally and the Deus Ex one didn't either at the time.
There's been multiple huge threads whining about the early access stuff, so it's hardly "not frowned upon."
I think Deus EX got a lot more flack because it was a "maybe" that required social activism from fans in order to unlock it as well. In addition to being locked out of some of the DLC in the "augments" stuff.

Can't say it bothers me tbh. I bought the Croft Edition of Shadow of the Tomb Raider for the extra costumes and weapons + Season Pass. Being able to play it "early" was icing on the cake far as I'm concerned. I think it's one of those arguments that boils down to those who will pay and those who will not, and the people who won't or can't like to sit on high horses and call everyone who does fools.
I got paper and I like to spend it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Simple as that, but I was buying deluxe editions long before this "play it early" initiative, cosmetics are my poison of choice after all. I'm not gonna stop buying these editions just because they started slipping in a bonus other people don't like.
