Dude Who Has Trouble Peeing, don't feel bad about that. That's a problem more common than you might realize, and I used to have it and still do on occasion. What worked for me was just doing it more and more. It might take you a while to piss the first few or maybe even several times, but try not to worry about it. Sometimes pissing just takes a while anyway—without a phobia. If you're pissing in a public restroom not at someplace you frequent like work who cares about the random faces who might witness your struggle. I'd be interested to know if you've ever taken a drug test. I wasn't over it when I took my first and I drank an absurd amount of water to force myself to piss. I was freaking out inside.
To the pee phobia guy, this is super common. Here's what worked for me like a charm:
Exhale all of your breath, doesn't have to be dramatic or anything just exhale all the way and then don't inhale. Essentially hold your breath with no air in your lungs.
Its gonna feel like you're on the verge of suffocating but keep going and you'll pee. Once you've started you can then start breathing again cause starting is the hardest part. Doesn't matter who is around you or how many people are standing next to you, you'll pee.
I'm not a doctor but I think it triggers some sort of fight or flight response in your brain and you're basically forcing your brain to empty your bladder. Do this for awhile and eventually you won't need to anymore.
Helped me get over the phobia when I was younger as it was a pretty big problem for me.
