After the Mystery Inc. gang goofed up a case and nabbed an innocent man, they're forced into early retirement from crime solving. It's not long however, before their old friend Vincent Van Ghoul needs help and pulls the team right back into action. The gang has unfinished business they must tend to, which involves catching a ghost that previously got away. It all happened one summer while Velma and Freddy where away at camp. Scooby-Doo, Shaggy and Daphne secretly hunted down 12 of the world's spookiest ghosts but failed to catch the most evil one of them all…the 13th ghost.

Now the elusive spook is wreaking havoc. Vincent needs help having him captured and confined to the chest of demons, a box that contains the other 12 captured ghosts. With the 13th ghost still on the loose, the gang will have to come out of retirement and finish the job once and for all. The chest however, is now located somewhere in a remote village in the Himalayas. Determined to help Vincent, the gang sets out on one of their most thrilling adventures yet! Bundle up and get ready for the icy slopes of the Himalayan mountains, chilling car chases, crystal balls and spine-tingling spells in this terrifyingly fun original movie!

Of all the things I never thought I'd see an actual ending to, "The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo" was certainly high up on the list. A shame that Vincent Price isn't still alive to voice Vincent Van Ghoul again, but Maurice LaMarche does a pretty good impression. And they've even got what looks to be an older Flim-Flam there, but where's Scrappy-Doo to see this to the end?!

Well shit I used to love this show! I didn't realize they never caught all 13. I can't believe I'm gonna buy this.

As a kid I was so sad that they never really resolved that series. Can't believe they're going back to it, even managing to explain the cast differences. I ain't even mad that it makes no sense that Flim-Flam has aged like a decade and nobody else has.

(NOBODY REMIND THEM THAT SCRAPPY WAS IN THAT SHOW)

Weird that they're making a deal out of Fred & Velma never encountering real ghosts when the first half-dozen or so DTV films were based around them encountering "real" supernatural shit and that they aged Flim Flam for some reason but the rest of the cast seems to be the same age they always are, but hey, let's not act like anyone actually cares about Scooby-Doo continuity, especially in a film dedicated to resolving the plot of a 33 year old TV series that almost no kid today has seen...

That seems to be an aged-up Flim-Flam in the trailer, talking about "goblins, ghouls, and geese galore."

Nah, the show ended with every ghost captured except one.

I could see that, but they kind of already did that joke elsewhere.

Still, considering how much else they're calling back to, I feel like he'll at least get a mention. Not sure if they ever talk about him in any of these newer movies.

There's also Weerd and Bogel, the two idiot ghosts who kind of Team Rocket'd them throughout the show, they're probably more likely to show up.

They even gave Daphne a newer version of the jumpsuit look.

I was going to say "If she isn't wearing a jumpsuit then why fucking bother", but there you go.
