Comstock lost the moment they froze the fed pay raise
She lost the moment Trump was elected. Her district went for Hillary.
Things looking a bit "bad" right now, aren't they. Not bad in the sense that Democrats wont get the House, but bad in, they might not win it by much at all. Lots of results seems to be only a bit better than Hillary vs Trump results. Where they need to be quite a lot better, if it should be a 'blue wave'.
That's because we're in Romney->Clinton areas where the potential for improvement is low.

The ones with the giant potential flips are the Obama->Trump ones, and most of those are in the midwest.

Honestly looks pretty bad. Most districts that are red aren't even close races and a lot of the blues are super close. Hard to not get worried...

Any district that's still red at this point is so far gone that Trump could nuke that district and they'd still vote for him. Those super close blue districts were +10 Republican even a few cycles ago.

That's not what the current results suggest at all.

Looking at unofficial turnouts for Cuyahoga county in Ohio is interesting. It is good to see 60+% turnout in my town. I am actually surprised at the mix of registered voters. Many undeclared voters. Which either means they have never voted in a primary or even voted at all. Which can be good. Hoping for a shake up and change of leadership. Hoping we pass the school levy because Ohio absolutely fucking sucks at school funding at the state level. Coming from Virginia where it feels like it is handled so much better.

Also keeping an eye on Amy McGrath in KY and WI-01 for Ironstache - would love for nothing more than for that seat to turn blue.

Florida
Did my part for Gillum. Not too bad of a wait, honestly the biggest bottleneck was a single volunteer tasked with handing out ballots. Poor guy had clearly been at it a while, and his old hands were struggling to tear each one. Hoping Gillum and Nelson can pull this out. Come on Florida, don't let us down. Again.

I dont't understand shit about the NYT election site. I'm seeing it like a sports score board, so far 7 Dems -10 Reps. LOL.

I'm guessing the hard colored districts are already a win right?

15 democrats currently leading in republican districts. That's 15 flips if it holds for the house. Fingers crossed,
It's still early.

Indiana sounds like a shitty state
My doc had a sweet as gig set up for her back in her home state at a well renown dental practice and said nope. I risk everything and start my own in Michigan. I don't hear to many people that leave that state that long to go back. I'm not bashing Indiana every state has its issues.

My girlfriend and I already early voted over a week ago in Indiana. Not a big fan of Donnelly, but we both voted for him. He was my house Rep before he won Senate so I've been voting for him since my first election (2010). I still give him some good will for taking the politically suicidal move of voting yes on Obamacare and still managing to win, but he's very disappointing.

Still, we need to prevent GOP Senate if possible, so I hope he wins.

Voted straight D like always in the general.
