I can tell you thing.....if Telesto ever got nerfed, Wavesplitter(PS4) will take over meta. That thing have a absurd TTK higher than Coldheart, I have see that thing shred people in the crucible and boy it's damn hard to counter it the moment that beam lands on you.

The reason it isn't dominating because Exotic RNG is keeping alot people from getting it.

That's true. It just boggled my mind they had Xur sell the Telesto when it was already cancer in Comp.

I'd say Bungie is entirely to blame for the state of Gambit as players are always going to use the most efficient method to win even if it means exploiting guns and or tactics. I mean at the end of the day we're all aiming for something and we all want to spend the least amount of time and frustration possible.

Gambit needs a serious review and update to keep it healthy going forward because its current state is very stale.

Made it to about 12k Infamy before it became nothing but late night sweats. Just need that ghost shell and Dredgen is mine. Gambit should be more tolerable with the XP event done and people doing their weeklies and dailies.

thanks, we did do a sweeeet 8-loss streak before bungo giving us some more forgiving teams instead of e-sports masters and got a nice 7-win streak after. And yeah, it's not once or twice my team has been in a 3 vs 4 situation and as Comp does no late joiners it truly sucks. I think they should not count that as a loss if someone outside your fireteam quits in the first 10 seconds.

I think the amount of points gained and lost should take into consideration performance.


If you are good player you should not be Punished for being paired up with embiciles.

For instance if you capture more objectives and zones in controls, or gain most kills in clash or died the least in survival you should gain more points or lose the least amount of points.

Otherwise you are wasting your time. As a solo player that wants to chase the Luna, Bungle's approach to comp, from playlist restrictions that take you to orbit after EVERY FUCKING MATCH to the lack of choice in maps or modes (FUCK COUNTDOWN) to the absoluteky broken matchmaking has broken me, I have given up which is a crying shame because I would have considered Forsaken to be my GOTY but that goes to GOW.



Seriously, the incompetence on display from the same devs that revolutionised multiplayer fps is beyond staggering.

At 1600, I was like "Fuck it, I'm gonna find a group" The group that I randomly group up was more or less at my skill level and we coordinated well. We also got lucky with 4 teams disconnecting at countdown/survival and we mostly won alot of clash and control. Mostly luck and skill I got to 2040.

I'm either tired or burned out from the comp grind but I couldn't play worth the shit last night. Got stomped in a QP match, played like shit in Gambit and lost two matches (solo queue) so I still haven't got one Infamy reset done. Ugh.

Now it's third curse week and I don't have the Wishender yet, along with not seeing the meatball yet either. Plus still chasing the fucking Luna.

I only need "Mote Thief" to finish the Gambit lore book. I'm gonna start messaging 4 stacks and just ask them to let me grab some motes and bounce. I really dont understand why killing an invader drops 3 motes but killing WHILE invading gives zero. This game man, idk.

If only I had the Wish Ender to see and shut down those Shotguners before they slide to me.

But Telesto is doing a fine job at doing that too. I think its the ultimate counter too. Super fun weapon to use.

Oh, you like to use shotguns? I like to use Telesto too :D

He's using the absolutely SKILL BASED exotic Ursa Furiosa, which gives you super back when you absorb damage. Not sure how two blade barrages dont give full super, but 75% is still a nice chunk back.

I played D2 on PC and suddenly my twenty+ days of playtime and progress, D1 legacy, Xbox One X, and 4k TV don't matter.

All that matters is 60fps and a wide field of view. Fucking LIFE CHANGING. A literal different game.

Dear god, I don't want to start from scratch, but I can never be happy again playing on console...

Tanking supers with Ursa doesn't give you as much energy back as blocking bullets, which is weird. But I'll take it over being insta-melted by BB.

I'm level 8 and have only done a few missions. I held off playing a bit because I want to play this game with buddies. So yeah, feel free to add and invite me! :) I should mention that I play randomly and I usually don't play long sessions (maybe just an hour usually).

Take a day off.

I gained about 600 points solo queuing in comp the other day only to lose about 400 points the day after because of how poorly I was playing. Took a day off and came back and got on another 5 game win streak solo queuing. I know now to quit out if I'm not having fun, or if I lose two matches in a row. Whichever comes first.
