Hi guys, I'm currently using a Note 4 which is on its last legs. I'm hesitating between the Note 8, Note 9 or the S9+. To be honest, I rarely use the S Pen but I guess it's nice to have. My absolute priority is the battery life (God I miss phones with user replaceable batteries).

Your opinion would be greatly appreciated!

I currently just bought a Note 9 and whilst I didn't think I'd use the S Pen, I use it way more than I thought I would.

If you are choosing between the 3 and don't need to worry about how much you're spending going with the Note 9, the extra $ is worth it with the massive battery.

Otherwise if you want something cheaper I'd say go with the S9+ over the Note 8.

If you don't use the pen, just go for a cheaper S9. No reason to waste cash.

I will say this though, the samsung note app is fucking great. It can actually read and search through my crappy writing I put down with no issues. Great for taking notes for sure. Keep all my customer's info on the thing.

I've been rocking the S8+ for a couple years now and it's my favorite cell phone ever. If there is a killer deal, I recommend the S8 over the S9, as the update is fairly minimal. That way you can pull the trigger sooner if more devices catch your eye.

Otherwise S9+ would be the go to.

Alright, I picked up the Note 9 guys. Battery life was the motivating factor. Thanks for the advice!
