This is the only game keeping me from getting rid of my Wii U. If and when I ever do get around to finishing it, my Wii U will have finally outlived its usefulness.
If you're not into the Wii U as a system, I don't really think anything I can say is going to change your mind. I still love my Wii U, and frequently play Mario Kart and Smash with my kid. Pikmin was great, Tokyo Mirage Sessions was great, Mario Maker and 3D World are great, Donkey Kong, Splatoon, Wonderful 101, Xenoblade X, Nintendo Land, Kirby Rainbow Curse, Hyrule Warriors, Captain Toad, Bayonetta, and all the fucking Zelda games.Right now my Wii U serves one purpose - a glorified Smash 4 machine. When we have a large group of friends over, we still hook it up and play some FFAs. However After Smash ultimate is out, I doubt illl ever have use for it again.
I still have a lot of Wii games, but to be honest I have no desire to go back and play those. As far as virtual console, same deal. Once the N64 classic is announced, there really won't be a need.
So what use do I have for my Wii U? For those who still have one, what do you plan to do with it?
Yeah, and I want to finally play the first two games (well, the Wii re-releases) on it too. I only played a good bit of the first one wayyy back when it launched, but never beat it.I gotta finish off Pikmin 3 then I can sell this hunk of junk.
