I know, but I believe in strong job security. While this is fucking awful, I still think taking someones livelihood for a mistake isn't good generally for working class. I admit that this kind of gross shit can make the working evnoirment toxic, especially if such behaviour isn't tackled from the start.

Those two points are inherently mutually exclusive. My skin color isn't your Halloween costume. When you paint yourself and mimic it, you're being disrespectful of race from the get go.

I keep hoping to one day click on one of these threads and concede that in spite of their poor judgement, their transformation into the black celebrity was just flawless. Today is not that day though. As usual, it's another one of those costumes that clearly illustrates that they think black people are defined by being black, and have no recognisable features of their own.

Should they have to put up with this woman because of your belief in strong job security? No one owes her a living or a job. I believe in workers rights but no one is entitled to keep a job no matter how they behave.
I don't know her but if she is bold enough to put on blackface and post it up on social media, I doubt she keeps her mouth shut at work when it comes to race relations.

Whenever people decide to do something like using blackface, the end result is that really the only thing they understand about said person is that they're black. What about her costume says that she's Beyonce? Nothing. The most "iconic", if you want to call it that, Beyonce look would be her Single Ladies look. So her a leotard with the right shoulder strap missing and do your hair up like hers in the video. Voila, you're Beyonce and you don't need to paint your skin. The other look she's probably best known for is from the Formation video. Just get and outfit similar to this
And nothing about her husband says Jay Z. He doesn't necessarily have recognizable look outside of wearing a tilted Yankees hat. So just wear a white shirt and blue jeans and the fact that you're with someone dressed like Beyonce from Single Ladies or Formation should be a giveaway of who you're. But that's never how it works. They always view the most recognizable feature of a black person being their skin.
As I said, there should be possibility for training, if it doesn't take, then you have grounds for dismissal. Obviously, there are grounds for dismissal right away if she treats patients/co-workers differently by race.
