Needs more scars and wig looks quite bad. I hope they work more on this, damn. I'm actually nervous right now.

Could be the lighting that makes the wig grey but I also hope they improve on the hair, that's probably my only problem and if his too handsome, call batman to beat the shit outta him

So many of you have only played Witcher 3 but are self appointed arbitrators on how Geralt should look.

Anyway, no beard is fine, the wig looks too fake. This could probably be fixed in post production.

I think he looks good. The wig could probably use a bit of work, I think it was a little shorter it would look better, but idk how long it's supposed to be based on the books.

I think it looks okay. As others have stated, this is just a make-up test. I don't believe they've gone into full production yet, so things will continue to evolve until they nail the look. I still have confidence this show is gonna be pretty good. I'm really excited for it.

By the way, are we sure he doesn't have scars on the shadowed part of his face we just can't see ?

I already never liked beardless Geralt but he looks way too clean and young... Should be more pale too. I hope they update it, but I'm not holding onto hope for that. Still very excited for the series.

Welp this thread shows how many people read the books. Which they'd know all the books are before the games.

After a brief discussion on the moderation team, we've decided to have all Witcher TV show threads in EtcetEra unless the news explicitly mentions the video games. As this is a TV show adaptation based on the novels as the source material, not the video games, and the fact that TV show threads belong in the traditional place for TV shows (EtcetEra), this will be the status quo going forward. Apologies for the confusion.

Good stuff, makes perfect sense as the show is not adapted from the games.
