How do I report someone on Instagram to the police?

Out of curiosity, what where the pics of? I couldn't fathom how you would be the first to report abuse and if it is indeed a use how it would still be going on.
Not to go down a rabbit hole, but the two obviously aren't mutually exclusive.

There were 2 videos. One of the was of a baby being dropped. It's been removed, and another remains. I'm not going to watch the other one. I have a link if anyone wants a PM to report.

No bait some people spank their kids but some go overboard . I wasn't in that thread but I know some people would not tolerate seeing a child get spanked but I guess it depends on what someone considers abuse

Just got the link and yeah it's straight up abuse, dude starts beating a crying baby. I'm reporting it now. No idea how this account has one post(I guess two at one point) but 16.6k followers. Sick shit. The video is even flagged for graphic content as tho others have been reporting the video itself.

He had another of him dropping the baby and there was bleeding. Was removed by the time I made the thread though.
I guess the video was cached so I recorded it from my phone just in case, had to sit through a minute of that. The end of the video I was able to capture had him dropping two baby's, with blood, unforitnely.
Gonna go hug my son and give him another goodnight kiss. There are some sick fucks in this world.
Dude needs his baby taken away and some time in the slammer to think about how he wanted his life to go.

Good job OP. Child services needs to be involved if a guy is posting videos of him dropping his baby on the ground. Even if that child lives, it can have severe health issues for the rest of it's life. Crossing my fingers the cops do what they're supposed to.
Welp, I also reported the account and I just got a response saying it doesn't violate anything. Like fuck they can't look up deleted videos. Fuckin Instagram.
