when you see this list of icons it's truly remarkable that Shovel Knight made the cut
Or you know, simply her and others are just wrong and it's real, those are the final 7, and Incineroar is either cut or DLC. You are putting way to much stock into insider claims, especially when she is not nearly the first person to make those claims.
Mystic said everything she did first and he went back and forth on what he thought was right constantly before his company fired him yesterday.
Additionally people said ESRB was fake due to not having Mewtwo and Lucas, yet it was right and they were also right, just as DLC
Maybe he's including him as an AT again, because he's requested. If he didn't want to include him as a fighter, he'd be giving fans something.
They removed the likes of Mr Resetti and Jill Dozer and people have highly requested they return as ATs. Nothing wrong with ATs.

Yeah but as ATs. Issac clearly has alot of demand to be in as a fighter.
I feel like characters like Krystal, Knuckles, Shovel Knight and so on were popular and requested characters on the ballot, and they all got AT'd.

It would be funny that the real thing to come out of this leak is potentially getting 7 characters.
Eh I think if they're an assist it means Sakurai couldn't get them working as a fun fighter so it'd be fine.
Man as a long time Ridley supporter it feels sooo good to finally have him in. Smash 4 hurt, not only because he wasnt playable, but because he was a stage hazard with his worst design by far.

There is nothing I'd like more than for the leak to be real, but yeah. I'm just not buying it. It just doesn't seem plausible, and I'm trusting the leakers that have more consistent credibility. More than happy to eat crow. If anything, hope I do.

honestly I'm still kinda half expecting some sort of playable Assist Trophy mode to be a thing
Characters like Alucard, Zero and Shovel Knight could honestly be playable at this point, in a limited capacity. What if Spirits Mode lets you recruit them as temporary allies, kinda like how Kirby does it? That'd be pretty fun and the devs wouldn't need to worry about balancing them or giving them full movesets, just simple combos and specials.

I want to say no one has confirmed that's real yet but Ryce inadvertently confirmed it real. He said the Grinch roster practically didn't resemble the roster and when people brought up Ken he emphasized the practically. So yeah that's the best evidence for that being real.
I think Isaac is AT but yeah I can definitely see that happening if he gets in. They're both in, trailer would be so hype.
