The link to the Nintendo Live stream with Smash Bros. THIS IS NOT A DIRECT LINK.

It's unlisted. Set a reminder!

It'll clear. My "rant" wasn't to target anyone in the community that speculated, took a side and had fun. It was specifically for those being rude, harassing and being unpleasant or demanding they be given information.

That's likely. So it would be reasonable to expect a Direct to reveal the final character roster ahead of such a possibility.

I got the feeling you got the wrong message from my post haha. By "stuff like this" I meant cutting out the part where you say that you're talking just to the people who harassed anyone and trying to pass it off like a mad rant at everyone #TeamReal. Doing that actively provokes toxic atmospheres and must suck big time for you guys.

The best part about PSASBR was seeing Sir Daniel again.

Too bad he was the worst character in the game.

Well that's gonna make their banlist even smaller.
I can see holding out on the "proper" traveling stages like Skyloft, though. They have so many variations it's possible stage hazard toggle will ignore certain landing sites.
But I won't hold my breath.
ohh, is it not possible they changed something internally to negate it? Like characters breaking out of a combo after a certain number of hits in the same position or something. Seems like a weird thing to let slide.
Infinites due to walls have been recurring since Smash 64. I assume it's not something they can easily fix and probably have on interest in doing so.

I share your pain.
I remember there being something so inherently shitty about his specials which was a problem in a game where that was the only way to win.

Still when you finally won and got that victory dance.

I'm hyped to see Incineroar. I wanted him to be in Smash since I first saw his cartoon concept art in 2015.

Some people don't think so because it's not specifically marked as a demo and that it's instead the final game. Where as Let's Go is specifically noted to be a demo.
I'm not convinced, and think that Let's Go gets the special mark to it because it comes out between the 2 Nintendo Live showings.

That said they've not said explicitly confirmed anything, of course.

He had two Anti-Air Supers and a Level 3 that required prolonged seconds of contact to actually kill an opponent. I remember the grind to Level 999 quite vividly.

Most characters dont have the ability to do infinites with walls, the issue is that even if one of them does, that can be super problematic. M2K uses the word degenerate alot in the video and its a very good frame of reference for why stages get banned.

Back to walls though, in the current roster, again its impossible to know just who can take full advantage of something like that, especially not knowing all of the games full mechanics, but if we look at what we have currently, if rosalina plays anything like she used to , luma setups could be huge with a wall like that. Also consider fox had an jab lock almost infinite on some characters (like link) early on in smash 4 and with a wall a technique like that could suddenly make it effective on the whole cast.

Yeah, not sure what people are upset for.
These players still enjoy the content in casual play. I know the first stage I'll play in this game will be Dracula's Castle.
I think it's more that some people try to force these rules on others. It's just annoying is all. I also guess some who watch competitive Smash want more stage variety.

Obviously, if other people want to play that way when I'm not involved, I don't care.

Ohhh now it's coming back, the diagonal lightning bolt thing was level 1 and I found it such a fiddly thing I'd always try to take my chance on the chalice at level 2.

Meanwhile other dudes could hit confirm level 1 supers that worked fine regardless.

Someone should compile the post per day data of these Smash Thread because this current one is gonna hit the 20k limit insanely fast and I'm curious.

It's weird that I like Gravtity Rush as much as I do since I should have major PTSD from Kat players.

Ah ok, I imagine the competitive discussion for Ultimate is gonna be pretty crazy then. Might try to read up on it as it happens.
