Guys... It's not Pumpkin Spice flavor... it's Barbeque with some cinnamon and ginger.

It's a marketing ploy to get people to talk about bdubs since we millenials have been killing them.

That's conceptually similar to Jamaican jerk seasoning.

I'm starting to think people on Era don't put spices on their food.

I read this thread title and immediately heard the munch squad theme.

This is an affront to everything that is holy.

What is the matter with you guys that it "makes you want to throw up"? Do you only eat normal hot buffalo wings? It's ok to try different flavors sometimes. Their mango habanero is amazing and I bet this pumpkin spice is at least ok

Oh boy. At least ok. Yum.

Mango habanero belongs on chicken, not pumpkin spice.

All I get at Bdubs is Asian Zing. I would try a Pumpkin Spice wing but I wouldn't expect to like it - I'd hope to be pleasantly surprised though.

Buffalo wild wings has terrible wings. I am constantly amazed that people eat there.

Used to go all the time 4-5 years ago. I liked their sauces and it was reasonably priced for what you got. Last few times I went their prices were quite a bit higher, and their nice big wings had been replaced by tiny pathetic ones.

Never again...

I have a feeling most of the people railing on pumpkin spice do not even know what pumpkin spice actually is.

So many cuisines around the world use similar ingredients to pumpkin spice to create savory dishes and a lot of them are quite amazing.

If they still have this the next time I order, I'll give it a shot. The idea of it just being BBQ or Jerk with a few added spices doesn't sound bad.

I don't feel this at all. I mean, I get that it's a chain (people love dog-piling on those) and not as good as your favorite local place, but terrible and pathetic? The prices seem normal to me for a restaurant and the chicken wings themselves, pre-sauce, are your run-of-the-mill wings.

Average wings + your favorite out of the 15 or so sauces/rubs they have (surely you can find one or two you really like) = a good time, IMO.

This actually sounds OK flavourwise but the one time I went to BWW it was tiny portions, slow service and way too crispy wings.

I love pumpkin as much as the next guy but some things should be left alone.

I tried pumpkin nacho chips the other day and they were gross.

"Pumpkin pie spice (sometimes also referred to as pumpkin spice) is similar to the British and Commonwealth mixed spice. It is generally a blend of ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and sometimes allspice."

Making a bbq-style sauce with some of these spices doesn't sound crazy to me at all.

... I mean Ew! Yuck! WTF!
