Taking the graphics card out of my Xbox 360

hey guys. So my friends have been really into Overwatch and Monster Hunter. My PC isn't really up to the task however. I was thinking about taking the graphics card out of my Xbox 360 and putting it into my PC so I can play with my friends. Any guides on doing that?
