Aside from healing over time, theres not much left to do with healing items.

It could always be Leech Seed. Does Pokemon have non-summon items?
I mean literally cut out using Photoshop. Somebody cut the sprout out of the Smash Bros. video and made a fake Golden Sun sprite with it.

I disagree completely. One item has a sprout logo on it, the other item IS a sprout. How is this different from Melee and it's generic barrel and the barrel cannon from Donkey Kong?

That tweeter later admitted they were wrong. All the characters on the smash website are moved backward. Megaman is further back in the left photo, allowing for the crystal to show.

Good point. Still think a GS item without Isaac is extremely unlikely though. The real discussion to be had is if it's a GS item at all.

The real actual sprout icon from og GS still looks very similar anyways... Just without a green orb. But then again it'd be a very strange item if it was just the sprout. Maybe all Psyenergy elements appear in Smash as a generic Psyenergy orb item.

It "matches" because the tour bus art is the standard mural we've seen over and over. If the leaker was fake, he would be using that as a base. The point being made in that now discounted twitter post was that there was multiple backgrounds because this crystal appeared on the smash website but not the bus art. They didn't realize all the characters had shifted back on the website.
